Lmao this is a funny thread. You ask a bunch of witty, straight talking badass strippers what they think about anything you get what you get, roll with the punches. You meet a dude in the club you are off to a bad start except maybe for fun, however if he's still around 2 or 3 years later through a whole bunch of ups and downs then you might have a soulmate whatever that really means
It is possible to meet a soul connection in a strip club, as well as anywhere else, it's just a place where people come across each other, and underneath our social roles, masks, jobs, we are all just people, having various experiences, for purpose of spiritual growth and getting to know ourselves (no one's primary reason for being in this world is to be a stripper or a customer, or anything else people do for money or entertainment, it's not who we are and not why we are here), so any place we meet each other is just a setting, no matter what kind of role we are playing in that setting. Thing is, there are many types of soulmates, and many reasons for meeting ("a reason, a season, or a lifetime"). While dancing I met 3, all were either karmic, or just past life connection, or some other reason I won't go into. After the last one I quit dancing and still dealing with PTSD. Funny, none of the shit that goes in clubs, none of the customers affected me, and I could've danced for a long time. But these connections, or at least last one, messed me up. And I did my best to avoid him and not get involved too, yet still didn't managed to escape in time, and looking back I had opportunities, but took it all too lightly unfortunately. And there was no physical involvement at all, no sex, no seeing each other outside the club, but this spiritual connection thing is no joke.
Also, something to keep in mind, in places like bars and clubs, where drunks, druggies, emotionally, mentally and spiritually messed up people can be found, there are entities. They get high through people who get high, that's the only way for them to feel something. And those entities/ghosts/residual energy, can mess with someone's mind/emotions. There are also other powers/forces that can mess with people's minds, and such places, where illusion is created, is their playground. You may meet someone in a place of smoke and mirrors, and you both think it's love at first sight, but it could be either induced by the atmosphere, drinks, music, you looking and feeling pretty and sexy, and the guy catching on your mood and admiring you, and he likes how he feels around you, and you like the reflection of yourself you see in him, so you think there's something special. But it could be just a moment in time, if you met outside, with you looking like any other woman on the street he might pass you by indifferently and you would remain indifferent in turn, seeing nothing special in him. Or something unseen could be using both of you to feel and experience what they can't.
Or there's a learning reason for you meeting, for one or both of you, and lesson can end up harsh, even if at first meeting seemed magical and attraction was irresistible. Or you both could be experimented on. Google 'lovebite', there's a website dedicated to people's experiences of a connection that felt real, but ended up to be not. On that site there's also a very interesting article of stuff that goes on a strip club that people usually don't see and aren't aware of. Don't write off as a troll someone who says there's more to life than what physical eyes can see.
Then it better be Fox Mulder in my bed doing some serious convincing!
Wow, does that mean any man off the street could be your soulmate? You must fall in love with every customer that gives you some money ;)
I've decided David Duchovny is my soul mate because we met in a previous life aboard an alien space craft. He gave me lots of $, we had hot wild sex, then the aliens deposited us in Bermuda.
This thread turned into some pretty great entertainment, if anything. Thanks, ladies, for putting a smile on my face.
