Indeed !!! By the 'letter of the law', in more than a few clubs these days it's 'expected' by both club customers and club management that dancer will provide technically illegal levels of contact on a routine basis. And from their perspective, 'why not' ... because it is the dancers who face virtually all potential bust risk.
