Exact price premium for boob job, blonde hair, weight, education: Economist study
Awesome 15 year sex work study by The Economist magazine quantifies the extra price that can be charged for looks and services, and talks about how the Internet is affecting the industry. Melonie you'll love this if you haven't already seen it.
One quote:
"Appearance matters a great deal. The customers who reported encounters to the website we analysed clearly value the stereotypical features of Western beauty: women they describe as slim but not scrawny, or as having long blonde hair or full breasts, can charge the highest hourly rates (see chart 3). Hair that is bleached too unconvincingly to be described as blonde attracts a lower premium, but is still more marketable than any other colour. For those not naturally well endowed, breast implants may make economic sense: going from flat-chested to a D-cup increases hourly rates by approximately $40, meaning that at a typical price of $3,700, surgery could pay for itself after around 90 hours"

This is applicable in more than just escorting. In any form of sexwork IMO.
What it lacks though, is "curvy" is not a body type it lists. Would that fall under athletic or slim? They should have added it as a different category. I wish they also would have added in ass size in addition to breast size.
Also, "blonde" is subjective since "bleached" is an entirely different category in their model. Technically, a brunette could get caramel highlights and... would she be considered blonde? Probably in their model, yes. I wish they would have done the study with platinum, dark blonde, light brown, medium brown, dark brown, and black hair colors instead of bleached, blonde, brown, and black. Which brings me to my next issue with it...
It also says that certain races make way less than others per hour on average, and many of the ones it lists have naturally dark brown or black hair. So wouldn't that weigh down the average hourly of people with those hair colors, in general? I think each hair color should have accounted for race, unless they are implying that those races charge less because they typically have darker hair? The data is kind of misleading.

Basically, white chicks tend to make more money. Nothing new. Anyway, I think women of color tend to attract more cultured men which has been my experience. No shade tho!
