Ideas for new escort name?
Hi ladies,
I've been an escort for over a year now. I feel like my escort name sounds too much like bad stripper name. When I go out in public with my clients to dinner or an event they always ask me beforehand if theirs anything different they can call me by.
I want to change my name to portray a more sophisticated and mature image now. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sophia
Alannah
Grace
A normal sounding name that you feel is sophisticated. Then the advertising should do the rest to say sophisticated?
Re: Ideas for new escort name?
I have a cute escort name and I honestly want to change it to something more sophisticated, but I'm stuck with it now because I've built too much of a reputation with it. That would be my advice, think of something sophisticated and expensive sounding.
Honestly though most guys don't really remember our names, my regulars are the only ones who do. It's like being an SC, hardly any customers ever remember what I told them my name was.
Re: Ideas for new escort name?
Look for something classic and upper-middle class sounding. If you put "Supreme Court Justice" in front of it, it should sound logical. So, "Supreme Court Justice Ellen Ross" not "Supreme Court Justice Sugar McGee".
My name is a more formal version of my real name. I did that on the off chance that I would see someone in my "real life" while out with a client. (This has never happened, btw.) I didn't want to have to answer the question of "Hey Kate, why did that guy just call you Elizabeth?"

Marina? I have always liked that name.

Just an added thought: you may want it to match your initials if you travel and carry anything with them on it, or have them on a bracelet. If that doesn't matter, then go with a name that looks good in a pretty cursive font.
Re: Ideas for new escort name?
Two names together can be more distinctive in a sea of similar names. (With new girls adding more every month...) Maybe add a location, "Boston Nicki" vs one of the 30 that show up in an escort Niki search...

I wish I had given it that much thought, but when I started escorting I just used my real name. I considered using my middle name Rae (pronounced like Ray), but it's basically a guys name. A little kid in elementary school would make fun of my name by saying "Hey Ray!", "What's today Ray!", "Want some hay Ray!".
Re: Ideas for new escort name?
I've always used a shortened/nickname/other version of my real name. Mainly so I didn't feel so cheesy, fake and could help assimilate to my new "career" when I first started. I felt too, I don't know, not me? by coming up with a whole brand new name. It's worked for me and honestly most of my long time regulars know my real first name. It helps, especially with the more... hmm, how should I say this... clingier ones? to know that I'm not this completely other person and only show them this fake identity. They don't know my last name of course. I like the idea of what Smoothcat said, matching your initials.
