Have you checked in Body Biz section hun? You may have to give up/cut down on the floor work. I have 1 sorta bad knee, (on & off pain). Finding that swimming helps, massage. Maybe try a joint supplement, some swear by Arnica herb, also in a rub on form

Did you just start a few weeks or months ago? Mine were swollen with fluid for months until I was fully used to it (I do mostly floor work too) I never went to a doctor or anything.
What really helps is the thick leg warmers. Regular stockings too because its easier to slide instead of just skidding the knees along the stage. You should take it easy for a little though. Try to do a lot of turns around the pole or anything to stand for a little. Your knees will adjust but you definitely don't wanna do anything that could damage them permanently

My knees cause me a lot of pain too!
Supplements that can help preserve and repair cartilage are Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and/or MSM.
When I take glucosamine regularly my knee pain seems to improve but at times it can be agonising if I'm not looking after them properly. Another thing that helps is using a foam roller on my quads and IT band(down side of thigh) to reduce the strain on my knees as my quads are dominant and very tight.
I found out about this from a physio after my knee pain began getting bad, but everyones body will vary. A lot of the time people will try to strengthen the quads more but that can exacerbate problems if there is already an imbalance.
I would suggest going to a physio to have it looked at.

If something hurts you, stop doing it.
There are multiple work-arounds for this situation. Minimize floor work. Embrace other techniques. I work in NYC and barely anybody gets on their knees/does floor work. They still make lots of money.
Don't sell yourself short. Stand apart from the crowd by dancing differently.
Listen to your body. Bend in a safer fashion. Don't over-exert your joints. A sexy bend is a sexy bend regardless of whether it's a crazy angle or a bend at 80%.
