'Mercury in Retrograde Info'~ (Don't hate the messenger, hate the retrograde)
Pre-warned is Pre-armed I've always been taught.
Here's the dates for the upcoming retrograde... (the last one was the entire month of June, and into the beginning of July).
October 1-October 25. (keep in mind the effects can be felt 3 days prior, and 3 days after, sometimes 4). Just for your reference, and to mark it in your calendar :writing:
There's a lot of info on the web about what mercury In retrograde is, and more importantly, how upsetting things can be avoided.
Your sun sign, and how this particular one can influence you is also listed on many websites.
I'm not superstitious, but I do believe that the Full Moon has an impact, so why not retrogrades?
Since nothing is 'set in stone', and we can control our own destiny, it's just something I'm posting to have a 'heads up', and trying to be helpful.
Best Of Luck,
Glam:-*

We should make a thread about this in LOA:
EDIT: Oh looks like you already started one in there:

Thanks for the heads up! There's always some goofy nonsense going on when mercury goes wonky! Just like during full moon nights, I like to keep a low profile at work because you get the fights and over drink/drugging. Such a headache.

Note: there's also 2 eclipses next month as well. :(

"How dare you call me retrograde?!"
Attachment 39110
"In the name of Mercury, y'all shall be cleaned up!"

Re: 'Mercury in Retrograde Info'~ (Don't hate the messenger, hate the retrograde)
Eclipses are good though right? They have always cleaned out bad people/things for me that I couldnt let go of my own.

Re: 'Mercury in Retrograde Info'~ (Don't hate the messenger, hate the retrograde)
Well, I think most of the stuff is good/bad depending..eclipses intensify things

Agreed. Once this one starts I am traveling (oh no!) but meeting an old flame for a long weekend (hello retro and looking back) so it should be interesting.

Sarcastic- hooray! Guess who's birthday is next month between those dates? I feel like I should warn people if I start acting nutty. I wouldn't put money on the validity of astrology but it correlates way too often to my life.

Chloe, that sounds HOT!!!
I had my car fixed, and also traveled during the last retrograde, and it was fine.

That is comforting. I got new tires and a brake job last week, and plan an oil change beforehand. That, plus roadside insurance plus crossed fingers! Maybe I should do some sort of moon dance too.

^^ Good idea. Yeah, my repair was getting 2 new tires, also. I need to get the other 2 replaced also, and as soon as I have the $$, even if it's during retrograde, I'm still going to do it.
I'm determined to go out of town around Thanksgiving, since in my experience, that holiday has been crickets for me.
Make sure to report back, and let us know how it all went. Love the juicy details. (4 years celibate and counting) Boo

Just checking in with everyone. How is it going now that Retrograde has begun?
I know it's been less than a week, but I'm feeling the effects very strongly. especially with my mental state. I'm sad, and angry, and the littlest things are getting to me, mostly in my dealing with others.

Yeah. Not to mention the upcoming full moon/lunar eclipse..

Thanx for the heads up!! Def dealing with ALL kindsa unusual nonsense lately, perhaps this is a contributing factor! I was also telling a friend yesterday how I feel like I'm on an extended manic phase of a bipolar cycle..extremely energetic, excitable, sexual, dominant, hustling like mad..whooo!! Ayyyy!
I'll be reading up on this to ease the transition back into my normal self and hopefully the semi-normal life that is underneath all the chaos that's been going on lately.

Re: 'Mercury in Retrograde Info'~ (Don't hate the messenger, hate the retrograde)
I know I'm going to regret asking this, but I can't help myself.
Can someone give me a good "scientific" explaination as to how exactly a tiny planet that about a third the size of the earth and is 48 000 000 miles away can make your moods change. (other than the moods of a researcher whose PHD dissertation on Mercury is up for eval, those moods I understand.)
Please just one science based explanation. 'Cause I in the this is all a bunch of whoy camp.

Retrograde so far: financially, worst weekend I've ever had while really going at it with promos, twitter, emails, the whole bit. Where was that thread about $50 a week or something?
Coomunication: up and down, but the down is really low as in fighting. Travel: wasted time driving around town for no reason, see fighting mentioned earlier. Entering contracts: my little sister told me she plans to get married on the 12th to a guy she has known for 2 months. I can't even describe how worried I am.
But, old flame: since we couldn't communicate in a way that made sense on Messenger, and I wasn't getting any camshows anyway, we cammed for an hour last night. Talking, laughing, making our plans for this week. It was really nice. I'm mentally exhausted right now though.

I mean, the same argument can be made about the moon then right? And they've proven that crime skyrockets on nights that there is a full moon... hence the "is it a full moon?" comments when things get weird. You can google for info on mercury retrograde because I'm too lazy to do it, but astrology is a thing and all the ancient cultures relied on it to predict various things. If you don't like this concept, maybe this thread is not for you.
That being said, I'd really love for "science" to give an explanation on ghosts and paranormal activity that has been personally seen (my experience) and/or clearly documented on audio/video (also my experience).
I'd also love science to explain how atoms/matter can teleport, which was documented here: . Quantum mechanics is a thing, too.
Science can't explain it all. We only understand science in its infancy.
