Its just me and my boyfriend but I have a smaller one and a big one
I use the smaller one for meals I dont want to cook a lot of, like tonight I made beef tips and will only have dinner and some leftovers for the tmrws lunch. I use the big one for stuff I am going to cook a lot of and freeze for 4+ nights of meals

Re: Meal & Snack Planning for the full-time Cam Girl??? Suggestions
Thanks for the thread ladies! I went grocery shopping yesterday and tried to get things to eat that are quick, yet healthier than what I was eating. In lieu of candy bars I got protein bars. The Zone Perfect and Think Thin. Lara Bars are great too! I also got things like hummus, pita, cheese (string cheese or pre-cut cheese chunks). My son isn't with me all of the time, so I pretty much cook for one. I know my local Kroger has quinoa in a steamer bag that's really good! I also stock up on Greek yogurt too for a sweet little snack.
My breakfast unfortunately 9 times out of 10 is coffee and cigarettes. I'm horrible.
With the crock pot, soups are GREAT! I made a kick ass chicken one lastnight with carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, garlic and kale. Leaving it overnight really made a hearty stock! I've been munching on it most of today. With a basic stock you can come up with TONS of delicious soups!

It is soooooooo easy to make. Bear with me...I don't have recipes with exact measurements. I throw stuff together. I did have a friend over and he LOVED the chicken soup. What I did was put a whole chicken in my crock pot (I have a larger one), then I sprinkled it with Spike seasoning (Love that stuff!). I poured in 1 can of chicken broth (a smaller can) then enough water to cover the chicken. I then added about 3-4 carrots, cut in slices, 1 nice fat white onion, 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 4 stalks celery chopped and set that on low. I left it overnight. The next morning I went in and removed bones from the chicken and any skin that didn't cook off, plus shredded the chicken up a bit. I then added 1 large potato, small chunks and half a bunch of kale, chopped and let it go about 1 to 2 hours longer. I sent some home with my dad today when he stopped by.
I also do a pretty basic potato soup that my mom used to make. I've found you can take the basic recipe she used and then add to it like ham, cheese, etc. I make bean soup by using the packages of the 15 bean soup mix. You can add the ham shank as the directions say, or I've even used smoked turkey drumsticks. So yummy!

Re: Meal & Snack Planning for the full-time Cam Girl??? Suggestions
Alright guys - Here is the holy grail of what I have. I used to run a coupon group filled with over 20k members on FB but, I since left it but I kept all the stuff I have ever put together. This is called the Ultimate Resource Guide. It is available on my DropBox/Mediafire.
Look for the read me first file so you know how you would like to download it meaning the whole thing or piece by piece. There is a 40+ page PDF that has all the lessons in it as well as supplemental lessons and materials. I was kinda wondering the other day if I should start a thread for Cam Girls that coupon but I didn't know how many would even be interested and didn't wanna clutter the threads. :) I also updated the FEM DOM books in another thread I had done a few years ago if you guys want that as well - I linked my other Ebook resources there for just not that either..
Here ya go. :) Remember it has the meal planning in it. :) and both are the same files, just in different places so everyone has easy access.

MediaFIRE -
Enjoy. :) let me know if there are any problems. I am thinking of really doing that thread now.. couponing and camming - sounds awesome, maybe? Even more so with all the books I have - I had a resources thread a long time ago, but its been a few years.

Since Turkey Day is tomorrow, does anyone have any good 'leftover turkey recipes?' Or any different ways to make a sandwich, using turkey as the main meat?
The only thing I have been doing is to include cranberry sauce in my sandwich.
Thankx:-*Attachment 39790

Re: Meal & Snack Planning for the full-time Cam Girl??? Suggestions
So glad I found this thread, my eating habits are horrible!! I'm so busy in the morning getting my kid ready for school and getting ready to hop online I literally don't eat until 3pm or later!! Then I binge because I'm starving... I also am sensitive in the morning anything I eat makes me feel sick or nauseous I literally can't even swallow it. I need to figure something out lol. I really like the graze snack box idea! Not for me but my kid could use it for recess snacks, I'm getting tired of lunchables lol. Is it for 5 days a week or 7 days worth of graze snacks??

Re: Meal & Snack Planning for the full-time Cam Girl??? Suggestions
I cook one day a week, and after do not cook but just to reheat and eat. Im prep chicken, turkey, meat by marinating them. I dont buy food in boxes from stores it is not yummy, and when i see ingredients ii like 0_0 not buying.
Cook at home cheaper and more sustainable, you get more for less and keep your health well.
I dont like to cook, but i listen to music or audio book while i cook. Im not making anything complicated, I do soups, baked chicken, with baked sweet potatoes, baked turkey after i use it for sandwiches. If i want to eat something i check pinterest under paleo tag. Like paleo chicken, paleo crock recipies, paleo snacks. I have to eat well and my hubby has Crohn's so we strict with his diet.
Im thinking to get a bread maker.
Also you may want to check a water filter.
Water is amazing you get a lot for cheap and actually you can take it with yourself on trips. I hate plastic bottles and water in those bottles with germs ugh. I even wash my face with that filtered water.

Re: Meal & Snack Planning for the full-time Cam Girl??? Suggestions
Bumping because now that its holiday season, I'd love an update of suggestions on what to make for the cold wintery days/nights. Anything that only is available during this time of year? Like certain veggies? Fruits? Soups? Desserts?
Maybe some types of foods to make in advance for some long camming/filming sessions to keep up energy?
Now that I have a huge kitchen, I have no idea how to utilize it to my advantage.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Meal & Snack Planning for the full-time Cam Girl??? Suggestions
When ever I think of winter veggies I think of broccoli and kale. I also just picked up a butternut squash which is super awesome because if you ever doing a roast you can just throw it in the bottom of the oven and let it bake (whole you do nothing to it) and then when it cools you cut it open remove seeds and skin and you can use the meat for soup, pasta (inside or sauce) or just eat it like it is with maybe some cinnamon and maple syrup! Soups are a great dish that you can make a lot of in a pot then stick it in the fridge and you have meals for a few days.
If you eat meat then I also love to do a big ragu this time of year with ground beef and pork. My husband is Italian (right from Florence, italy) so I make him make it but when we do it also lasts us about 4 days so all we have to do is cook up some pasta and then put on the sauce! So Yummy and Easy and a huge money saver!
My Favorite inspiration is Jamie Oliver hands down! You can see most of his videos on Youtube and he is so inspiring but his website is full of great recipes. I have made tons of his recipes and I have to say that you need to tweek the recipes a bit (sometimes a lot) Im not sure why they almost never work out exactly how he says it but if you make it once and it didnt turn out like you expected it almost always will the second time!
As for snacks I am crazy for Japanese culture and I have been making myself obento boxes for years now. Sunday is my day off and I always hit the market the day before buy whatever is fresh and then pre make stuff for the week that I can fit into my obento. This time of year I do dried fruit (figs, pineapple, dates) a lot. I love eating broccoli raw so its always in there and normally I make a bunch of onigiri (rice balls) and freeze them so I have them for a few weeks. I love to stick in whatever meat we had for dinner the night before in them or just fry them and make them crispy. Lastly hard boiled eggs are another huge staple I can make a head but normally I only make a few days ahead because I like to make them into shapes and I only have about 4 egg shapers. Eggs are great when I dont have any leftovers to eat the next day.
