Yea, what is that? I'm going to get a jump rope, & a mat for starters.. I've gained a bit & have a gut.
High intensity interval training
HIIT is REALLY popular these days just google it a LOT of things should come up. It is the best way to lose weight but it's also really intense when done correctly.
Do you go to the gym now? I'm also pretty busy so I got a membership at my school's gym just to make it easier to go.
Don't do any crash diets, those aren't helpful long-term. Follow the trend of "eating clean" and "lifting heavy" and you will lose weight. Do you have an instagram? There are a lot of fitness girls on there who are very inspirational and give a lot of good eating and workout tips.
