Are You Sexercising Enough?
Not that we should need additional reasons for getting some, but some additional reasons, some of which are obvious:

This is true. I even saw on the news that's sex cures cold. Makes sense if exercise helps improve health and sex is cardio exercise.
Sadly I don't get enough :(

hehe na, not that Im doing it so much as wrong as I naturally dont have much of a sex drive to start with and Im usually thinking about the other things I could have done in the span of that hour or so, and to be honest I don't feel much so the physical " gain" for me is nil so the act is more for the benefit of the other person.
on the upside my diet is great ( also never buy pre-made things, everything from scratch, balanced, even grow alot of our own when we can) have a stupidly fast metabolism and already very active. my Doctor even has a hard time figuring out why my blood work always comes in so excellent everytime I go in for my yearly physicals ) so I guess that makes up for it yes?

I'm sorry to hear that! If done "right" it's hopefully a benefit to both parties.

Probably. Libido being such a complex thing in humans, perhaps not hormonal in your case if they all check out as you say. Ever had your testosterone levels checked?

yup ive had everything checked and everything was perfect, so its basically narrowing it down to utter mental disconnect, and or just not getting much if any physical stimulation ( be it burried or damaged nerves) or not getting the dopamine and other rewarding chemicals, hasnt mattered who ive been with, or how long things last or how creative/flexable the physical nice is none. and the rest HAS to be emotional/mental from watching, observing their reactions be it physically mentally or emotionally - thats the only pay off I get >.<
