Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
Dailypay loaded my card this morning at 7 30 it is now almost 1 I called payoneer to see what was going on bc it says processing load but its not showing in my account they said there is a prob with the company they use to process the cards but it will be fixed by tomorrow. um wtf idk they refunded me the load fee but idk I guess I will wait until tonight to see if it gets fixed. I remember epassporte so I'm kinda worried I never had a prob like that before with a bank.
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
A load just went through for me this morning (sent at 9:05, processed/received at 9:19) so it doesn't seem like that's the case for Payoneer in general. Sorry you're having trouble, Payoneer is convenient but can be a PITA at times.
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
Payoneer refuses to recognize my password or any of my personal details, ack! Their support is not being helpful either. I want to check my exact balance because I need to pay for a deposit on a flat tomorrow...dammit!

you can check your balance over the phone if u call the number on the back of your card it was doing that to me earlier but it finally started working. I swear they are pissing me off.
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?

Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
^ According to someone in the Payoneer thread in Industry Insight, Nissim's not been on the forum since September. And last time I had a problem I could not get hold of him at all. :(
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
I am unable to log in my account :( It says that my account details are wrong. I am 100% sure that they are right.
I also attempted the "forgot my password" -option, but even in that, it says that my details are wrong. And it only asks for my e-mail address, and my date of birth. Certainly I know THOSE for sure. Payoneer doesn't seem to recognize me. :( Now waiting for their help support to start their week on monday *sigh* While I wont have any sleep tonight..

Myself and others had the same issue in Sept. It was their malfunction and a wonderful service rep there called me and made sure everything was fixed. It took about a week and I could still use m y card and get my balance over the phone, just sucked..... keep on them
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
Thanks for posting this. payoneer wont allow me to do transfers via cc and the cs agent wont tell me why. So annoying.

they finally fixed it my card load processed 12 hrs after it was sent but it's better late than never. cs was super nice they refunded the load fee I still had log in issues but after a few tries it does let me log in.
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
Oh thank goodness, I can log in to my account as usual this morning.
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
Damn. Now my money won't load either. I paid for immediate load today from MGF and it's still saying Processing.
Whew - edited to add it was slow but did load within an hour so hopefully they have fixed whatever was wrong.
Re: Is anyone else having trouble with payoneer?
I received an email today from them stating my card has been deactivated and a new one being sent out due to a security breach they had from Chick fil a. Thankfully I had a hunch to take out my last bit of money as my rent is due and I would have had to wait until my card took its sweet time getting here. My rent would have been late for no fault of my own. It was their breech, not mine so overnight me a card.
This is the second time in 6 months they have deactivated my card due to a security breech.
On top of them deactivating my card, freezing it when I use it at the pump, not letting me get as much money as I want out of the atm when there is more than enough to cover it, cash advance fee+atm+1.8% fee on money orders, changing the password on the account and them not being able to figure out how to get me in, $5 fee every time and load, $3 fee once a month, and I could go on.. I am sick of the emotions this account has caused me.
So, if you are in the same boat here is how I am making it work for me. I am mainly on SM and now us a wire. Yes it does cost $40, but I have my payout set at $1000. Even if it takes me 2 weeks to get there so what. It motivates me to work more and I get paid every two weeks at any other job and it makes me better with my money. AND if at anytime I get in a pickle, all I have to do is drop the payout fee. Here is my math
1.8% (Payoneer fee on all of the $1000 I will eventually spend) * $1000 = $18 + 10 load fee (to safe guard- it could take me two weeks to hit $1000 as I am bad about getting on cam and I have another job) = $28 + $2 monthly fee = $30 + $6 ATM fee (at least once in 2 weeks I will need cash) = $36
So close enough for me to pay $40 to have SM wire my funds without a headache. Now, some banks will charge you an incoming wire fee. I bank online with Capital One 360 account (Formerly ING Direct) and there is NO charge for incoming wire. I have had no issues with my money showing up at 8 am Friday morning (instead of 11 am w/Payoneer) and their customer service is great. So far, I have incurred NO FEES for this account. They even sent me free checks. I also have a small line of credit that is used as an overdraft. But instead of them charging you $30 for every time you go over, they charge you interest as if it was a credit card and the interests is LOW.
I also have a cams account with Katy on her daily pay and it is instant as in the next day - no waiting for bank to process for days. Now I just need to get out of Colin's DP for my AW account and figure out how you else you get paid on AW. It did not appear Katy was set up with AW.
Seriously, I HATE Payoneer and want to cut this card up.

Why were you having your SM money loaded to the card? I would not want to pay $40 per payday for wire, damn that's a lot.
Payoneer now offers direct deposit of SM money. The card is not involved at all. (I still use it for smaller sites that don't have the direct deposit but that's mainly passive income and a small amount).
I only pay $3 per paycheck and have it direct deposited through Payoneer directly to my bank. No extra cross border bullshit fees, and if I want to save even more I set my payout higher and get paid every 2 weeks.
Direct deposits are credited every Tuesday for me.

Good point, but obviously their data is not secure, I am not ok with that.
