Wow, i did not know that it was illegal to mail warn panties!!! (how much trouble could you get in?) and what do you say youre mailing when they ask? LOL, also with adultwork and cammodeldirectory, do i just sign up and they pay through the site? then the site will mail me a check or payment method of choice?
also if its technically illegal, when theyre for sale on one of those websites are they advertised as 'warn panties' ?
It's because pussy juice is a biohazard. :-P Obviously for several reason don't have a return address or anything that links them to you
I just tell the post office that it's clothing.
alright. Alright so what is classified as 'offside contact' i knew i couldnt make arrangements to sell through SM itself but am i aloud to give them my e mail? (different from my vanilla of course)
Offside contact: emails, twitter. numbers, addresses, kik, snapchat, telling them other sites you are on. Asking them for any of the above information.
When you're on sm, there's only streamate.
Occasionally they will use their brain and look up your name, so make sure you use the same name everywhere

Mother fuck
Mother fucking is considered taboo and also not condoned. X
What do you think my luck would be if i tried selling them on a site that i didnt cam on ever, literally used for just sales? am i aloud to put the link for my cam on say AW? also do you advertise them as warn panties?
Don't get me wrong, there are girls who openly sell panties in Streamate. There's also girls who offer taboo and fisting.
The panty sellers are either "untouchable" veteran models who make the site a lot of money. Or they are girls who don't care if they get banned. The small amount of money is not worth me getting banned. Just like I won't "pee for me bb".
i feel the same, definitely not worth a ban at all
What if your mother has a different last name, and you did shows with her without disclosing that she is your mother?
If there's a will, there's a way. Just make your Twitter name your SM name, and say "I am not allowed to give out outside contact info" if they ask, and if they have most frontal lobe functioning, they should be able to find you. The answer implies that there is outside contact info to look for.
My advice is to go with Manyvids. You can sell your panties&other items there.Lot of guys on streamate know about manyvids so it will be easier to be found ,rather than on adultwork.
adultwork can be a pain for non british to sign up for too, which includes your customers
x
ManyVids is good, for sure. I sell all my panties there. But I've had even more success with ExtraLunchMoney, honestly. And I've done a few GW panty sales (not ideal and still anti-sex workers but better than PayPal) but you kinda need to already have buyers to sell indie like that. Cammodel Directory is good too. As a SM girl, when people ask about panties, I tell them it's against the site rules and I can't. Then I tell them they can "look me up". That's all the info I give and if they are dedicated to my dirty underwear, they figure it out and find me somewhere else.
Also regarding the illegality of it, you PROBABLY won't get caught, but if your post office has a self check-out option where you can mail packages and print stamps by weight without going directly to a post office worker, it saves a lot of stress. That's what I always do, and also gets you out of having to put a return address on the package. I've sold and sent many pairs this way and never had any problems. And even if my package were intercepted, since I checked myself out and no one hassled me to write some return address (which I know some girls fake if you have to), all that's in the top left corner is "RR" and a little heart, so I'm less worried about being tracked down.
Panty selling always sounds good at first, but there's a ton of stuff to take into account, and for many people (including me), it's not worth it unless you are going to be seriously dedicated to your panty business. There are tons of threads about selling panties:

Regarding offsite contact on SM, here is what the performer manual says:
andQuote:
Any solicitation for escort, prostitution or personal contact with customers is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to by exchanging emails, addresses, online chat IDs (yahoo, msn, ICQ, etc.), social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), or other contact information. Violation of this condition will result in termination of this Agreement and the permanent termination of your account. Additionally, Streamate reserves the right to withhold payments to you if this condition is violated.
These are probably the rules that SM is the most strict about enforcing. Theoretically, even telling someone to "google me" is not allowed, since that is promoting another website (google). When you're on SM, they want you to act as though SM is the only part of the internet that exists.Quote:
Promotion of any non-Streamate related website directly to Streamate members and affiliate site members is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to by chat, by text, or by any other means. Violation of this condition will result in termination of this Agreement and the permanent termination of your account. Additionally, Streamate reserves the right to withhold payments to you if this condition is violated.
how do you sell clothes on adult work? I don't see a category for it
Is it possible to send panties without the buyer knowing which country they were sent from? The post office always gives stamp on the package...Like resending/ repacking service which repacks it in an anonymous envelope or something like that?
If you are in the United States it is considered a federal offense & a Felony... now to think you wont get caught, the advertizing, any email exchange, proof of purchase are ALL evidence.
Now, the Gov will let you get away with it for years, they let all the evidence build up against you. Don't quote me, but heard it is 1 year in jail & $1000 fine for each offense. Now, have you ever tried to rent an apartment or house with a felony record? Get a normal job with a felony record?
Keep in mind how much a lawyer cost if you are caught & charged. There is NO WAY anybody is going to get me to commit a felony. How much money will you make? How much does it take to get you to commit a felony? I'm curious.
Do you think any of those guys care if you get busted? Do you really think someone who ask you to commit a felony has your best interest at heart?
How does that conversation go? "Hi, will you commit a felony for $60 & mail me your used panties?"

Hi! I'm new to this forum, so I know I'm just sort of jumping in here and no one knows who I am. x3
I wanted to weigh in a little about the legality of selling panties. Personally, I've been selling my panties on Chaturbate for tokens first, then I will package them up in foil inside a vacuum-sealed plastic bag.
Now, I've been doing some research on what the specific laws are for panties, and it's really tough to find, definitively, that used panties are illegal to sell in the US. Though the law varies from state-to-state, I did read (I'm not sure which state this pertained to) that it's illegal to sell used panties for the purpose of it being worn by someone else (hence, the reason why panties and swimsuit sales are final). Now, if the law is contingent on the person purchasing the panties for this specific purpose, you can see where there loopholes lie.
However, another set of really oudated "Comstock" laws () could potentially be used to prohibit the sale of panties on the basis that panties are lewd, obescene, and morally outrageous. xD No, but seriously, these laws. :(
It would be awesome if anyone could find a link to a reliable source that has this information. Mostly it's a lot of people swearing up and down that it is legal or that it isn't legal. It doesn't seem so simple since camgirls have been doing this for quite some time without many repercussions coming to the surface (at least I haven't heard of any cases, myself). Furthermore, I wonder how websites would get away with allowing this if it's a definite felony, full stop (some say it's a misdemeanor). But I will keep looking for answers!
No, in reality you should consult with a lawyer...

It is actually a law on the books to keep stores getting returns on underwear & putting it back on the shelf to sell. Then there is a law against mailing hazardous material. Every email, every ad, every credit card process to pay for it is all evidence. Of course, you can roll the dice & take the risk. Lots of people take a risk of getting a speeding ticket when going over the speed limit & sometimes they get caught. Once they get caught they pay a fine & insurance rates go up for 3 years. How much did it cost them to speed?
Loopholes? Are you a lawyer? Do you really think the financial risk is worth it? Rather than focus on perfect legal venues to earn money on cam, selling videos and such?
Websites put it into the contracts that you are the one responsible not them, they also can afford lots of lawyers, can you?
Most of all, I would consult a lawyer, cause he is paid to dispense legal advice, not girls on a forum.
Am I lawyer? No, why must you talk down to me like that to make a point? Speeding tickets aren't relevant, traffic laws are different. I may not be a lawyer, but I think I'm still allowed to give advice, given my experience. I'm not over here fronting as a lawyer, I'm simply just trying to add to the discussion.
