I don't think discussing loop holes & how to get around any law is productive.
If you like taking those kind of risk then go for it. Personally, I won't take that risk for any money.

I'm really happy that you have it figured out on your end, but some of us might still be interested in some specific links or other information that point to exactly WHAT is legal or illegal about selling panties before shutting it down completely as a source of extra money.
For instance, if the law states that panties can't be sold for the purpose of being reworn, then that does change things. This could mean that by having a disclaimer about the intended use of the panties could mean that we're in compliance with the law. I'm not sure, but I would like to know, and will share my findings if I scrounge anything up.
Just to be clear, I'm not advocating that we break the law, just that we know the specific facts, whether it turns out to be completely illegal across the board or not. The understanding of the law is scattered, so clearly, this is a great opportunity for us to try to shed some light on it.
Selling panties is not worth the risk to me. I try to get the custies to buy my videos and photo sets, voice clips, phone and texting packages.
Plus, I get kinda concerned about some random stranger having my DNA.
Maybe I watch too many detective shows, but it is something to consider thou.

I'd be interested in a more definitive answer. I wonder if there are any lawyers on here.
I have been selling panties for a year and I enjoy my experience. Personally, I was surprised that I started getting sales after my first week. But I also sell tons of other things to my custies as well. I have a different set of custies for everything including panty selling. Also I would also say that girls should look at the legal aspects of selling panties as well as if selling panties are right for them. Panty selling is in a legal grey area and a lot of girls do not make tons of profit of them:O.Panty selling is just one source income for me and I do pretty well. :) Again I would say that each person should weight their own pros and cons about panty selling.
does anyone know if it's illegal to do in the UK?
I sold panties online for years and didn't have any trouble. I'm based in Australia but I mailed to custies all over the world, including America and the UK.
The applicable laws would vary from country to country, but it's unlikely most countries would have laws specifically related to selling panties. It's possible that some laws around mailing hazardous or obscene materials might apply, but I'd be surprised if they'd bother following it up. A bit like jaywalking, there's a couple of places where that's actually taken seriously on its own, but it's mostly used to harass someone that's suspicious in some other way.
There's been rumours online about it being a serious crime for years, but not much to back it up. The only reference I ever found to someone actually being arrested for it is referenced in this story Panty Business where she got busted because of a disgruntled customer. She was prosecuted under an obscure law and got 5yrs probation. What I think is significant is that this article was written last year, and that is still the only case they could find to talk about, from way back in 2002.
Just make sure the package doesn't look suspicious, don't put your name on the return address or put a fake return address, and if there's a customs form to fill in put something harmless like 'socks' or 'scarf'.
Does anyone know if it is legal to sell used panties in Australia?
What do you guys think about PantyZoo? I'm just on PantyTrust now but I'm hardly getting any sales, though this month so far has been good.
Plenty do get away with it but there has been at least one woman arrested for mailing dirty panties.

"She was arrested when a letter was mailed to her with a label on it claiming that it contained child pornography. As it turns out, there was no child porn; the letter was from a disgruntled customer of Vetter’s hoping to get her in trouble.
Vetter faced five years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine. In the end, she was sentenced to five years’ probation after aiding federal authorities in the investigation of her customers."
This also makes me wonder what information did they get from her about her customers and were some of them arrested too?
LMAO at this part of the article: "“Sisters, we may be incarcerated, but our panties will travel the world. And in that way, long after we are gone, our smell will linger in some gas station in Toronto, in some office cubicle in Tokyo. And in that way, we are known. And in that way, we are remembered. Do you want to be remembered? Then sweat profusely, and fart with abandon, and make a reek, make a reek, my sisters, make a reek to last one thousand years!”
I did finally sign up for Panty Zoo and evidently I'm a real dumbass because I can't figure out this site at all. Not even the basics like how to upload a ad lol.
For panties first, get yourself a digital scale and then weigh your package. Purchase postage through the internet/go and see how much it will cost to ship your package and slap that many stamps on. I sell items all the time through the mail and yardsale sites and this saves so many trips to the post office. If you aren't in the USA, you'll have to see how your countries mail service is set up and work with that.
Secondly, use a bogus "return" mail address or use the buyer mail address as the return address. If the post office finds your soiled panties they can't track them back to you at least, not unless the buyer squeals, but they wouldn't likely dare let anybody know they have a panty fetish.
As far as selling them, Ebanned is a great site. They tend to protect sellers and buyers from frauds. One time years ago my package got lost and I was turned in. Ebanned suspended my account but I re mailed a new dirty pair and the site and buyer worked with me to remove the suspension. They don't play around. Non paying bidders will be suspended too and they used to not charge you a fee for that sale.
Other than that don't use Paypal for adult items, ever. Craigs List works at times. My hustle is usually phone sex guys tend to drop their facebook/contact details in a conversation, I take note, then I contact them from my fake character social networking site and arrange for panty sales that way.
eBay is hot with used panties. I sold several as new and "modeled" them but I made the mistake of selling one with a surprise video and videos of ourselves aren't allowed. They cancelled my auctions after people paid so it wasn't a big deal.
Has anybody ever sold panties on eBay? It says in the adult category we don't have to accept PayPal! So that gets around any PP holds!
Just st wondering if others have had issues. Also, I know women on there troll for any violation and report it to cut down the competitor. A panty buyer told me! Lol which is likely how mine got removed as my panty and video went for 150 bucks! I looked around a few days and watched auctions and many were cancelled within a couple days. Yet some women sell hundreds. Just wondering what other people have experienced. I like the ability to track items in eBay, feedback and that I can see my actual buyers address, etc. I am accepting cash only at the po box or e gift cards to Wal Mart and just using the sales for grocery money.
To any person wondering about eBay not worth it now.
eBay fees
Can't take PayPal
Must have a po box to receive payments
eBay is a hawk on used panties
In fact I'm about done selling other items on eBay because they are horrible and PayPal isn't any better
