Tube dresses so you can fold the dress down to cover your belly and pop your tits out and under bust corsets. No idea how to cover your thighs. Are you worries about cellulite or their size? Cellulite isn't very visible in most club lighting, but the size of your thighs is a hard thing to cover in a strip club. If they're big, I assume that means you also have a big booty and that's not a bad thing. Men that are into big booties generally realize that big thighs tend to come along with them.
What is your body type? From your post I'll guess pear. Garter belts will be good to accentuate your hips while covering some tummy.
If you are shorter some tube dresses can make you look like a nasty little potato. *raises hand* When I was heavier I wore cowl necks because they showed off by boobs and hid my gut. Also stay away from fluorescent colors! Black is always a great choice.
I would post a pic but I'm at work at the moment. Hard to do in scrubs. Haha. But I'll take one later today. :) just to give you an idea I'm 5'8" and about 155-160 lbs.
To cover your stomach, wear a mini dress (and roll it down to form a skirt/belt during stages and dances), a corset, waist cincher or a draped halter neck top ( http://www.discountstripper.com/drap...ariation=62305 ).
For your thighs, a long skirt/gown ( http://www.di-namite.com.au/index.ph...product_id=118 ) , or wrap skirt ( http://www.discountstripper.com/mesh...ariation=75609 ) would do the trick :)
Body stockings are another option, but I'd use them as a last resort. My piercings always get caught on them.

Do some cardio and then integrate weight training.
^^ Agreed, but mainly cardio. And do mainly paleo. Toss the bread and pasta, it doesn't anyone any favours. Keep your daily intake around 1600 calories. If you eat good food like fish, lean meats, vegetables, and fruit, you'll be surprised how much food this actually is. I am nearly 5'10" and my highest weight was 155lbs. I did all of the things I suggested and am now 128lbs. It's more forgiving on a tall girl to be chubby, but that doesn't mean you should be satisfied with it. If you live in a competitive city (such as Las Vegas, Atlanta, Denver, NYC etc) I would try and drop 10 before auditioning. If not, go to a mid tier and still work out, because despite what everyone will tell you here, you will NOT lose weight dancing. 75% of my night is spent sitting and talking, even if I get a VIP room I dance less than 1/3 of the time. If you will be drinking (and everyone who starts out swears they won't, but trust me, unless you're 100% sober lifestyle, you WILL end up drinking some, it's the nature of the beast) this adds empty calories everyday to your calorie budget.
Last piece of advice: DO NOT EAT AFTER WORK.
Your thighs are fine for a newb, and I'd bet your stomach would be improved instantaneously if you worked on your posture and "sucked in" (aka engaged your abs). Since these habits are hard to build overnight, I'd invest in an under bust corset. I own this one and wear it when I have my period: http://www.ebay.com/itm/BLACK-SATIN-...-/310779375468 (sorry for the inelegant link). Reduces your waist by at least a couple inches. Good luck!
your thighs don't look big AT ALL? you look like an apple body type. get a large garter belt. i just bought one at spencer's gifts ( they are in almost every large mall) that acts as a waist cincher, its great for disgusting any lower belly pooch. or a corset as mentioned.
LOL @ autocorrect, "disgusting any lower belly pooch."
But yeah, I'd like to modify my statement that your thighs are fine for a newb. They're thin by almost any standards (far smaller than mine and I'm established at selective clubs in a major city). They'll just become more toned as you start your career, unless you change your drinking habits.
Squats
I have a similar body type and I would hide/balance my lower body with thigh high stockings. My legs look great, but almost look sticky in comparison with my thicker middle. Since my legs are one of my better assets (and I think yours are rockin', by the way) the thigh high tights actually draw a good attention to them. Waist cinchers will also be your best friend. Most nights I rocked corsets and lacy underwear, and killed it, especially because that isn't really a common look.

Would something like this work?
Deep cowl neck dresses
That's my stats now & I usually just wear a black dress with black diamond fishnets (to cover the little cellulite I have in my ass & thighs) with a black waist corset underneath to smooth my tummy & so far so good. I also wear a double padded push up bra to make my boobies look way bigger & perky than they are and they guys never notice the difference :) Depending on your actual frame size , I think that your current weight is normal for your height. I've got a larger frame so I'm pretty proportioned now although I could def lose 10-15 lbs for myself to feel more confident. Post a pic so we can see
oops just saw them after I had posted.. You are fine :)
