Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
It says that you can't use it for penetrative intercourse? IDK, the idea of a blood-bomb in my pussy waiting to explode during a show has always been a scary thought to me. That's why I just use tampons and push them up against my cervix. 15 seconds of digging around in my vagina to fish them out is nothing to me at this point :P

I do the same thing! So far it's worked wonders and I haven't had any accidents. I am hesitant to try any cups because of the 'blood bomb' aspect haha.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
I have divacup http://divacup.com/products/the-divacup/ & i use it just when the flow starts & ends, my flow is waaay too heavy to just use the cup when i cam or on the 2-3 heavy flow days, i barely make it using the most absorbent tampons anyway, i consider these cups not safe for penetration shows cause if u push on them all the blood comes out instantly, by pushing u create pressure & the liquid comes out, it's physics ;)
I just dont work when my flow is too heavy, there is no product that can help ME so i take at least 3 days off, no other option for me.
ETA: they say on site "12 hour leak-free protection!" Right! Mine fills up in 20-30 mins on heavy days!
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
I hate tampons because they feel like barbed cardboard and they are extremely unhealthy because of the over absorbency, bleached synthetics and chemicals. Thanks for the replies, i will probably go the FemCap route instead.

Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
Yes i looked at the collapsible lily cup but it also has a stem and shaped like a cone. Also i can just imagine how hard it would be to remove after penetration, it would probably cause a vacuum effect or turn inside out. However, it is still genius for portability.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
I think I just have to face the fact that I cannot cam while on my period. All this business of stuffing my Smurfette vag with various plugs is just too much trouble.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
When i have my period i have more customers, and even men outside looking at me more:))) they are like dogs:)))
I cam and even do a " penitration" show. I just bend a dildo so you cant see if its in or not:)) or just use your fingers, or place the light that the pussy part will be in the shadow or just do a frontal pose so you can just move your handlike you do something but in fact not, also make your face like you really enjoy it;) done.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
This cup is very interesting... I dunno if it would be comfortable for using toys in the shows. I am a diva cup user and I am scared of blood mess, too. haha. I wish the cups are very shallow and non-spill like this one so it can allow me to use toys lightly and not to worry about the mess.

Your Killing me! :rotfl:
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
I'm bumping this. I'm looking into cups because they apparently help shorten your period and help with cramps. Tampons make me sore. At this point I just take 4-5 days off every month. I'm grumpy, miserable, and in pain anyway.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
I'm totally going to buy this to replace my divacup. The first review for femmycycle bought it as a replacement, too, and said she couldn't be happier.
Thanks OP! :)
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
When you do use it in the shows, please let us know how it goes!
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
I think I'm gonna order this one to replace my DivaCup as well! It just looks more comfy! I love my DivaCup but I'm ready to try something new :)
Does anyone here have the FemmyCycle yet?
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
I just got my FemmyCycle but I haven't used it yet.
I actually found another alternative for camming, it's called the Caya diaphragm and I'm going to order it because it says you can actually use it while menstruating and it's very easy to remove and undetectable even during penetration. I'll be posting information on this on a new thread.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
You rock. :)
This search is becoming a serious biz.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
The name is kind of ridiculous. But it's kind of cute, too. FEMMYCYCLE!!
I like that it doesn't have the word "cup" in it - that has always kind of grossed me out. Menstrual cup. :ill:

Is it soft? Like i dunno cupcakes silicon mold?heheh
I want now a femmycycle and lily cup cuz i see it good for traveling.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
"Why do I need to replace the FemmyCycle each year while other menstrual cups can last up to 10 years?
The package of the Femmycycle has two cups so it should last more than 2 years. The FemmyCycle cup is made from very soft, thin silicone to ensure comfort and ease of use. Its lid is even thinner, so wear and tear from opening and closing the lid limits product use to one to two years depending on the user. It's also well established that some yeast and/or fungal organisms can grow on silicone devices and cause persistent yeast infections. Using a new FemmyCycle each year will minimize the possibility of fungal growth. And even with yearly replacement, the FemmyCycle is still more economical and environmentally friendly than pads or tampons."
Did not know that! I have divacup, which I never use because sponges are more comfortable. Seriously though, If I pee when wearing the sponge it drops down into withdrawl reach; Do others not experience this?
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
Did you meant a seaspoonge? I like those thought. But once i forgot that thing inside for a ......week.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
Just ordered my FemmyCycle :) Can't wait to get it AND my period for once in my life lol.
Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
After my period ends, I put my Divacup (actually not Divacup its other brand I don't remember after losing my Divacup in the Netherlands.. The cup was ordered from UK) into a dispoable cup of hydrogen peroxide for an overnight soak (sometimes few days cuz I forgot lol). Divacup site mentioned not to use it but I do it anyways. It's only cleaner I have found that would literally clean and makes it like a brand new cup every time. I have never gotten an infection or anything and I have been doing this for well over a decade and with few cups. I use the hydrogen peroxide for my sea sponges too. I cram both Divacup and sponges into a dispoable cup and let em soaked before a good rinse.

Re: FemmyCycle Menstrual Cup
Am I the only one who LOVES her divacup? At first I had problems with the size, and the stem, and other annoyances; however, after a few months of use everyday of my period I found the perfect position and insertion for my body. I no long have ANY issues at all with it. I can still do penetration shows with it (I've even had sex with it multiple times without any problems) I just make sure it has been emptied before hand. I hadn't heard cups help with shorter periods, but I have had lighter and shorter periods after using the cup for a couple years now. I have no experience with any other products except tampons, so my opinion is a bit lopsided. I will chime in and say I also clean mine in peroxide, but never had issues for infections before I started soaking it or since.
I can't wait to read the reviews here for the femmy... it looks really cool!
