How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
Hi I'm brand new to camming starting in a few days after my period ends. I'm excited to start making regular money again just hope it's as easy as it seems, been researching a lot over past two weeks.
id honestly be happy with £1200 min a month or £300 per week (roughly $460 a week) as I also have another part time income. I'm very interested to know how realistic this is for a new girl?
also any uk girls using payoneer please let me know how this is working out for you thanks.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
What site are camming on? Anything is possible as far as earnings are concerned, it's up to you how much you want to put into it. As far as regular money goes, camming is not consistant, sure sometimes you will make decent money on a daily basis, but there will be times when you will struggle, all you can do is log in and stay logged in, don't give up after 10 mins of not earning.
I am a UK girl and I used to use payoneer, it's fine but for me the fees were too high. I know a lot of girls are happy with it though. My first year camming was awesome, I was banking £700+ every week but times are changing and to make that sort of money now I have to work multiple sites and have various streams of income.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
So, where did you get that it's easy? I think now is probably going to be a particularly hard time to start... have you read the "camming sucks right now" thread? Because of this and because of how much individual results vary, it won't do you much good to know how much anyone else made in their first two weeks.
Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, just realistically I wouldn't expect it to be easy.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
I'm so tempted to say I made $10,000 US dollars my first week and it was sooooooo easy.
But I won't.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
It was 2008 and I was slinging cam shows on a panty selling site I was on, trying out NF for the first time, and allbbwcams when it was popular. I'd say the first two weeks I made $4k or so which was awesome cash for a college co-ed :D That was the same week I met a Sugar Daddy and I rode that train until its last stop. He still drops a few bills my way when he sees me on SM.

I try not to read the negative posts before I've even started kind of puts a downer on the whole thing, I want to stay excited at least until I see the negative aspects for myself.

That's awesome I know things were easier back in 08. I also have a sd in real life but I'm getting fed up of him that's why I'm starting this so I won't need him anymore

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
You want to know what payment method I prefer....? Lol well, global bank transfer with payoneer...
I totally get not wanting to get all negative, however to avoid the entire picture with hopes of keeping the "this will be easy" mindset going seems... naive? Take it from a Streamate model who is usually in the top 3 rows of the site......... camming ain't easy right now. I could not imagine starting new in this atmosphere. Does that mean you shouldn't try? Of course not. But easy....? No.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
It was a LONG time ago and I don't know how many hours I worked maybe like 14 hours!.. camming still was not so saturated.. Not as many girls but I only made 35 bucks my first week...LOL.,... Not to mention, I had NO experience with men at all.. or cam, or anything sexual.. and I sure didn't have SW or any girls to help me.. .. and my first site I worked on went under and never paid me!..LOL.. it was called Camania

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
It's so not easy. I thought it was going to be rainbows and leprechaun gold flying outta guys asses at me when I started. It's tough going sometimes. I've only been at it a few months on the cam end and longer at PSO. I didn't make much at all the first couple weeks I started, but I was impatient, going through life struggles and started camming through the PSO company I'm with, which didn't work all that well for me.
It's hard work, not always gratifying and you have to deal with dumbasses on some level daily. Some days you can look smoking hot and give it all you've got and see and hear nothing but crickets. You have to be one step ahead of these guys because they always are working some kind of angle and trying to get a free wank at every turn.
On the other hand it can be amazing. You can have great nights, with an awesome room full of people, the money keeps coming and all is well. It's freeing to set your own schedule and be able to work your job around your life. Not many people can say they can skip work whenever they want if something comes up. You'll find some guys that want to worship the ground you walk on, and some that call you fat, ugly ect. I wouldn't go back to a vanilla job to save my life. It's fun to me even with the bad shit, I enjoy it and plan to build my life on the backs of horny guys.
That being said, it's hard, hard work. Takes dedication and discipline. I'm working on a schedule and spreadsheet at the moment to keep my ass in check so I can support the lifestyle I want. Lazy will get you no where, and I've been guilty of that so many times. Don't get discouraged right away if you don't bank as much as you think you should, every guy has a type and theres a girl for every guy out there.
Read everything you can on this website, post often and engage in this wonderful community of women. I know you don't want to see the negative, but reading through the threads will give you a realistic account of the good and the bad in camming. You need to know these things, and if your day is shit and you need to vent this is the place for it.
Personally I read everything these ladies have to offer, and I love being able to bounce ideas, share opinions, debate, and seek and offer support here. Take a peek at anything Sam38g has posted. She knows this business inside and out and doesn't sugar coat anything. Good luck to you sweetie :)

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
$300 a week is doable but just with anything, money doesn't come easy these days. What I've made in my first two weeks was many moons ago. Camming is not what it used to be but of course there are still money to be made. I can barely bring myself to log on these days. I had an epiphany that I don't wanna cam much longer. I only do it to cover my rent.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
From one uk girl to another, remember to allow for the exchange rate when you are working out your prices and the fact you receive 35% of what the guys pay. I.e you earn $100, you receive $30 which converts to £20, that is before Payoneer take fees etc. Easy to forget all that when you are new and excited.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
I suppose "easy" depends on the person. I find our work easy. Now this is my personal opinion and possibly because I've been getting men off for so long. I find putting on make up, siting in front of a cam, and teasing, flashing, and masturbating to be extremely easy work. That being said, it is a sales job and sitting on cam for hours doesn't equal good money. That's where the harder parts come in at. You have to be good at this job in order to "make" it if you know what I mean. At the end of the day I'm proud to say that I can take my job anywhere around the world where I have access to private internet and or a phone. I consider that easy work.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
It really depends. For all the the times I've heard camming was 'so slow' and that other girls were ready to give up, I never really experienced it until the last month. Post-holidays have been brutal for me. It's finally picking back up again, but my point is that no matter who you are there will be slow periods. If you're starting during a slow time or even during a busy season, your mileage may vary.
Next is your new model status. That'll mean great traffic if you're on SM or MFC or what not, but once that stops you have to hustle hustle hustle to get your placement up high enough for good traffic that converts to shows. Being a newbie also means you might stumble and make mistakes or may not have found your sweet spot for pricing yet. I make much more now then I did when I was new because I work longer hour, charge twice as much, and know a hell of a lot more about cam related fetishes.
Third is just how that night is going. I had a damned good night last night. I could only work about three hours after I got off my vanilla job and ran errands, but it was straight 'get yourself off bb' sort of shows and those are easy for me so I can bank. On nights when I don't have as much time or I'm getting a string of guys with fetishes I struggle with/despise (looking at you 'sissy' boys--I hope you all go fucking die, you annoy me so much...) it's harder to get the money flowing.
I think if you tune your hustle to what sells, work the hours, pick the right prices, find the right look, and have the right equipment, then you can very easily make whatever you want per month. That's a lot of ifs though.
Original question--$300 or so I think my first week? I was confused and terrified of cam, in hindsight. It was fairly hilarious to watch I imagine and I kind of avoided camming until I found my rhythm.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
I averaged thirty an hour, worked during camming dead times. DURING THE FUCKING SUMMER LOL! Every situation is different, I found I have a hard time working longer than four hours in a row and got sore quickly, cuz I went into it blind and would just start pounding myself the second the red light went on. With silicone lube. Read the starting place thread so you don't make my mistakes. If it matters, it was on naked.com, I was tan, curvy with big boobs and ass, willing to do anal.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
I'm a fairly new cam model/just returned back to camming after a pregnancy. I was averaging 20 and hour the first time I started up with camming. Now I've been back to camming after that year hiatus and I'm averaging around 35 per hr my first two weeks. Last week was my third and I can say it's only getting better and better as I get more comfortable with myself and new flabby post baby body lol. Without SW as a resource I don't know that I would be making any money at all.

Re: How much did you make in your first 2 weeks camming?
When you first start camming and if the guys like you, your fresh meat to them so suck that all up while it lasts cause trust me it doesn't! 4 years on unless you have stamina can take knocks, slow periods, realise the whales come and go like the wind your not make it with the - this is easy kind of attitude. You can earn good money but you have to work dam hard to earn it, once your "look she is a newbie" goes away (and it will!) your realise just why the camming sucks and camming rocks thread exist cause they go hand in hand with how this business is - inconsistent. I love that i can work from home, work arounds my kids, be my own boss and earn well, but easy is the very least thing it is.
I am not one to spoon feed the newbies, lead them in the right direction yes, but we all have to learn and its a cut throat business.
