After some thought I decided to write you a description on how to be a submissive on KinkLive. I did assume you were Dominant because most KL models are (for various reasons, I'll get into that shortly) but here's some information if you are not.
I'm a switch in my personal life. The reason I'm never submissive during sessions (and many other members) is the following:
1. Some "Dominants" are just abusive assholes who get off on seeing you suffer. While I'm sure non-consent is a fetish, it's not one many submissives want to entertain because it's not technically BDSM. BDSM is consentual with safewords, not rape.
2. Limited knowledge about BDSM in the general public leads to a lot of misunderstandings. This means you'll have to vet every single Dominant (of "Dominant") person who wants to do a session with you. A lot of submissives burn out by trying to vet clients.
3. Trying to get stuff that's against the rules. Some clients will do this, and it's annoying and rude. No amount of money is worth a ban from a site with unlimited potential earnings.
If you are submissive and/or want to be submissive on the site, I would do the following.
1. Write a limits list. Have this be the FIRST thing in your description. Include things you hate, along with things that are against site rules. At the end of this list, also put your safeword like "Red".
2. After that, write things you are willing to do in a list.
3. Tip menu. You can do whatever you would like for this. Much like my Dominant tribute/tip menu idea, I would include a mandatory tip or tribute for describing a fantasy to you. You want respectful Dominants, they will be understanding if they are worth your time. Just because you're submissive doesn't mean you have to be disrespected. Your time is still valuable, too.
I would also recommend looking the part. I know this may not be popular, but I noticed a drastic change in income when my appearance matched the services I promoted. For example, I used to wear a lot of pink pastels, white, and little to no eye makeup. No one took me seriously. Everyone always thought I was submissive. When I started wearing darker eyeshadow, heavy liquid liner, and dark gothic long hair, I got a ton of requests to be Dominant because I look the part and my body language started matching that.
If you want to "look" like a submissive, I would recommend the following:
-Blonde hair, or a lighter pastel color (wig or died, good synthetic wigs are great if you are trying out a style; ask me if you want a recommendation)
-Minimal eye makeup, such as a champagne eyeshadow color and mascara.
-Watch this video to learn how to get an "innocent" look. It works for picture posing and cam.

I would also pay close attention to your decor. I know it;s kind of expensive, but if possible for your budget I would recommend a alder Victorian style decor with light creams and pastels. Here's an example:

I hope this helps, too. xo
