Very useful article thank you for posting. There are ways I can improve all of my touch points but I think I'm going to start by focusing on thank you notes/emails.

I am always trying to over achieve for my Spenders. I really like how this article breaks it down Im going to go back and see where I can do that little bit more in every area of my shows. Hopefully this will also help me in providing "surprises" for my regulars. Im always feeling like after a while there is nothing more I can give to them and I get stuck in a rut. Time to give a professional look over to what Im doing and see where I can improve!
I really love the idea of post customer service using social networks. That has already got the wheels turning!
