Yes, I'm also interested in kinesiology myself..
I was @ Whole Foods quite a while back, there was a lady there respresenting a chiro, she had me weigh on a scale that weighs both sides of your body. One side weighed more, now I forgot why, I guess the muscles more developed from carrying more on that side?
I had a problem w/my left shoulder, I do more stretches now, because I sleep curled up on that side. I try to sleep on my back, but it's much harder to fall asleep.

Re: Beauty Randoms Thread
Do any of you ladies know of a website that sells good quality, attractive wigs? I hate having to do my hair for cam everyday. The constant styling has really taken a toll on the quality of my hair.

Re: Beauty Randoms Thread
Hey Maryberries,
Raquel Welch and Vivica Fox has some great wig lines. They are both of great quality and have some great colors. Also, you can try Eva's wigs as well.:) I hope this helps.

Wigs made for Women Of Color tend to be better quality because they're built with several wearings in mind. (As opposed to a costume wig.)

The wig I got (it's way too light for me tho) is from hisandher.com, they have extension & supplies for too.

That's great but be careful not to overdo it! I drank a lot of kombucha once and after a week I wound up with a case of thrush on my tongue! Had to wind up taking anti yeast pills. Oh it was so weird.

I think my body tilted like that because my uterus is tilted. Tilted uterus can cause lower back pain. But also I had many traumas small thought but they all add up.
When a practitioner works with body eventually he will tell all the traumas which affected your body. I didnt tell to my therapist that I hit my head once, and that my uterus is tilted. I thought it was not a big deal but it was.

Kombucha has yeast in it. I think kefir does not. Person with regular yeast infection should not drink it until problem fixed.

Life hack for those who suck at painting their nails
Glitter nail polish is super forgiving to uneven painting. And it tends to last longer than when I put regular polish on my nails. I realize this might not be very helpful to those with jobs where you can't have glitter nails, but for a broke college student like me, it definitely helps

With home made Kombuca, you're suppose to take it in a shot glass and not everyday. I don't remember how many times it's recommended, but I do know that not everyday.

Well I found out more about my situation; I was wondering if I was having any pelvic issues so I watched a video on lateral pelvic tilt and I definitely have it going on. The instructor said to just look in the mirror at yourself and see if one hip is higher than the other, sure enough when looking I see that at the spot where my waist turns into my hip my hip begins higher up on the right side than it does on the left. The instructor said that a lot of times too the side with the higher hip will have a lower shoulder(because the tight muscles pulling the hip up will pull the shoulder down) and sure enough when I look I see that my neck is actually longer on the right side because the trapezius is being pulled lower than it is on the left. The final confirmation is that when I do the corrective stretches I have significantly less flexibility on the right side. So basically all of the muscles on the right side of my torso are too tight, so I'm not surprised that the right implant sits differently. Oh and I think it explains why my orthodontist said I tip to the right too.

People over estimate muscles, they protect BUT connective tissue(fascia) is what holds and actually makes the biggest impact on our posture and etc.
Now I also remind that because of rotation my leg did the muscle in front went complitly asleep it didnt listen to the body anymore, didnt recive signals from a nerve system.
Also I lost half of inch from my height but some people actually get taller.
Just in case this therapy is very relaxing, better than a massage. After session I have so much energy, good mood, my voice even change.

Re: Beauty Randoms Thread
Has anyone done a halo facial before? Well halo laser technically.
I've been doing hydrafacials, microneedling, and photofacials. So far I love the hydrafacials and microneedling I really think I'm seeing results from them. But I haven't noticed anything with the photofacials which is really annoying. Because you have to wait 3 weeks between treatments so I feel like it's a waste.
The halo I think is like the photo but on steroids and supposedly hurts really bad. The girl I go to said she recommends you take a xanax before lol

Lol yes!! I was drinking 1-2 a day and next thing you know I felt like I had a hair stuck on the back of my tongue that wouldn't go away . Looked at my tongue in the mirror and realized I had thrush!! Ew! Found out I overdid it on the kombucha tea I bought (didn't make it mtself) . Took yeast fighters pills and it went away. Oh it was so weird. Just thought I should give a head's up so nobody else has to go through it. Good that you're taking it slow. Don't do what I did! Lol!

Once I had uti, I eat chocolate, ice cream, pizza and drunk kombucha. All those products were just perfect to brew some yeast in me.

Re: Beauty Randoms Thread
Damn I drink bottles of kombucha and have no problems, I was even brewing it at home for a while and still had no problems. I only buy one kind though, not because I know it's healthier or anything but because I like the taste, this brand in this flavor: http://happymart.co/media/catalog/pr...m/img_1631.jpg
Maybe that has something to do with it?

I think some store bought kombucha producers do add more sugar to it.
+plus some people are more sensitive than other.

I started using the glitter over my polish ( pedicure only) about a year ago.
It does make my pedicure last much longer.
I always need to have great looking toes, for my foot fetish guys on cam.

How long have you been taking the Viviscal? How much of an improvement did it make in new hair growth? I'm trying to encourage new hair growth after some hair loss in 2015 due to extreme stress. Thanks babe. :)
