I'm going to start daily scalp massage with rosemary and almond oil tonight. My hair is thinner mostly around the temples and forehead so hopefully this will help to reduce breakage and encourage new growth. I'll report back!

I just used www.retress.com this conditoner today - you should really check it out. It's sold as a kit (serum, vitamins, shampoo, conditioner) OR separately @ Sephora.
It's botanic, & developed by a female dermatologist who had her own probs w/hair loss.
My scalp's been bothering me since I had last dye experience, & it's helped. I used the conditioner, put a bit of it near my scalp since it's so dry, & it really helped, wasn't too oily or anything
Anybody heard or tried this for hair loss?? Scalp injections

I've been taking it since last March. Both I and my hair lady noticed a difference in thickness and in length. You can find it on eBay for a better price. They are high in iron but for me that was okay bc I was anemic for a while there. They say to take 2 a day but one a day is ok too. My skin even looked better, and my eyelashes grew too! Makes the rest of your hair grow fast too, so beware lol. My bottom lashes are way more obvious now. I love Viviscal. Gotta get me some more soon. Use it with Rosemary oil and your hair will grow like a weed!
^Thank you!
I looked up the ingredients in Viviscal, and found out that they are not vegan (they contain shark ingredients.) So I did more research and discovered an all-natural vegan hair supplement called Hair La Vie's Revitalizing Hair Blend. I just ordered it, so hopefully it will work as well as Viviscal. I will report back later how well it works for hair growth.
This is what I ordered: https://hairlavie.com/product/hairlavie
It has excellent reviews, so I'm hopeful.
For tooth whitening, I have been brushing my teeth with a mixture of coconut oil, baking soda, and turmeric. I use a soft toothbrush and leave it on for 5 minutes, then rinse. After that, I brush again with hydrogen peroxide, leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse again. Let me tell you, it works. My teeth are getting whiter!!!
Gorgeous, thick hair + white teeth= beauty & success!
Edit: Don't use the hydrogen peroxide too often, as it burns your gums. I'm thinking of only using the hydrogen peroxide twice a week, and using the coconut oil/baking soda/turmeric every night before bed.
I do the same thing but without baking soda. brushing with a charcoal once a week.
I also use this https://www.amazon.com/Uncle-Harrys-...s+tooth+powder
I loveeee tooth powder! I love all products by uncle harry. http://www.uncleharrys.com/
Once here was a thread about almond oil and peppermint oil. Girl suggested to mix almond oil and peppermint and leave on hair for days. Herself she had long blonde hair.I did and it left my hair look so good. That thread was 4-5 years ago.
Thanks for sharing. I've been a vegetarian since I was 17, and am 43 now. The thought of eating shark pills grossed me out, but my hair was in dire need of help, so I did what I felt I had to do. Im going to look into your vegan option. Let me know how it goes!
I went to a salon today to get a keratin lash lift and its awesome! My lashes look amazing and i highly recommend it. Also called LVL lash treatment. I decided to go for the lvl treatment instead of extensions because the treatment was only 70$, lasts 6-8 weeks, doesn't require any special care.
I just ordered off-black bangs from Bellami. Ee! (Why am i spending money on stuff like this right now? Am i stress shopping? Maaaaybeeee)
I got some on bangs sale from Sally's,awhile ago, I'd prev gotten a different shade. I do my own touch ups so my color varies.
I also ordered from barneys.com a special hair leave in, & a mint conditioner for challenged hair. (thinning, hair loss, damage)
I ordered a natural hair mask, but it got discontinued.
I'm now using Olive Miracle growth oil from Sally's, I use it on my skin too.
I finally tried St. Tropez self tanner and the color looks amazing. I had low expectations, but I was looking at myself in the mirror as I was lifting yesterday and I was like daaaaamn. BUT it gave me a rash all over my upper body. It's day two of the rash and it's settled down but I'm still taking benadryl.
Ugh, should I even try another one?
I got Secret Extensions on liquidation at Walmart for 5 bucks. Regular price $40. I hope they're not being discontinued because I prefer them so much to my clip on extensions.
Gonna get this, for hair growthL

This video inspired me and i picked up some of the hydrating tinted creme from bare minerals and it is amazing! I'm loving the fresh faced look. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lVUrcSNLLlE
Love my Kiss press on nails. I maybe have to replace one nail a week but over all they've lasted almost a month. Not bad for 10 bucks. I also get lots of complements on them. I don't think I'll be going back to my natural nails for a long time.
Got some Estee Lauder double wear today came with free gift of eye cream and eye kit can't wait to try out the cream.
When I have that tired heavy bags feel under my eyes, I noticed the cactus juice def helps calm it down.
^^^Do you mean drinking it or putting a cactus juice concoction topically under eyes?
I'm trying to find a great long-wearing foundation that doesn't require primer and doesn't look like a mask. I have nice skin and just need a bit of color correction (redness) and something that generally smoothes/blurs pores. Looking for a foundation that looks like skin, but better. BB creams and whatnot get too oily over the course of an 8-hour workday..
Just used the sample size of AG hair products. Sold at Ulta.
One is called Cleansing cream, to wash hair. It's supposed to have oceanic superfoods in it.
The other is a deep conditioner called moisture mask.
My hair feels super clean and soft.

Been using pure Vitamin C on my face, along with hyaluronic acid and retinol cream. Such a nice difference, but really need a good facial ASAP to feel the full benefits as winter is kicking my ass.
Also some under eye pads that have hyaluronic acid and rosehip in them.
what retinol cream do you use? what brand?
