I used to buy clip-in extensions, and buy a set w smaller pieces. This way I could just clip in what I needed. Larger wefts I'd have to thin out with scissors or else they'll give you bald spots

Yay! Looks like her shop is taking a short break to attend a memorial service, but I'm sure she'll be back soon. She always has s coupon code active, too...i think it's thankyou10 or something.

^^ oooh! Thank you! :-D
I'm going to start getting it soon. It's honestly pretty affordable compared to Juvederm. I know that sounds crazy because I'm only nearly 24 but everyone I talked to who has it says mild preventative botox is EXTREMELY well worth it & they actually wish they started at my age. Also I get very bad migraines and I hear botox can actually help so much with those, like it's life changing for chronic migraine sufferers like myself.
I have these lines too - they are actually the only significant lines on my face, and are really difficult to treat as they are caused by the shape of my cheekbones pushing up into the skin there when I smile.
I would still try botox anyway and see if there is some benefit - I always tell them that is the area I'm most concerned with and they try to inject as close as safely possible(they can get to the outer part of the undereye).
The thing I've noticed is that the few lines that follow the shape of my cheekbone and start turning downwards below the outer lower corner of my eye (like an upside down smile shape) are really reduced, but there is always still the one deeper crease almost directly under each eye that remains, and it essentially looks slightly deeper as a result of the treatment.
Not sure if this makes sense, I will try taking pics later if I can.
I've decided the trade-off is worth it as I do not like the idea of those downward-curving smile lines getting longer and more etched in, and have accepted the two deeper horizontal lines are just the downside of having high cheekbones.
My favourite botox dr explained that it really depends on individual anatomy when it comes to the fine-tuning of some areas and there are limits unfortunately.
^Yes! It depends on if you want real silk, adjustable cinching, made in the USA, high quality, or if you want a polyester satin bonnet from China that may not be adjustable and may leave impression marks on your head by morning. I think there are probably some nicer Chinese cheap ones out there, who knows.
There is huge variation in quality and pricing depending on what features are important to you, so shop around! Not everyone wants to spend $60 on a bonnet, lol.
Well, it's not so much the cost, I don't want a huge thing on my head, mine seems ok, (tho I'd like it to come down lower).
It's something I can wear though out the day, & I wear it to bed
Thanks
^ ohhh, gotcha, like a slap for day use. Nice! Agreed, I'd never wear my sleep bonnet out and about. :D
Took an Emergen-C packet (just mixed with water) and almost immediately after I finished the glass, I noticed the dark circles under my eyes were not so bad. Could be a coincidence. I think I'll start doing this once a week.
I used this, they make a body scrub too, not expensive

I need to find a new facial cleanser. Neutrogena pore refining cleanser, my favorite, is no longer in stores and I don't want to order it from Amazon. I heard on here that the CeraVe hydrating cleanser is good. I may try that. I wish they didn't discontinue the Neutrogena. It made my skin look so good. :-/
^^ I think you're the one who was raving about it! Thank you for the suggestion. I'm heading over to Walgreens in a moment to pick up a covid test. I'll pick some up while I'm there. Gonna try CeraVe retinol serum too since my Neutrogena retinol serum has also been discontinued. I hate it when they discontinued products I love. Their newer formulas are just meh.
I'm absolutley in love with the drunk elephant baby facial! I got a sample at sephora & after 2 uses my face looks & feels amazing! My pores are smaller, face feels tighter, and looks alot smoother overall.
For a first timer with Botox, what would you guys suggest? I only wanna lift my eyebrows a bit since I have hooded eyes & I do wanna lift my face a bit by maybe a quarter of an inch.
^^I usually get 25 units for my 11s, which I need to do soon. My Botox doctor gives my brows a slight lift. You don't want to do too much or else it looks too much. When you consult with a doctor (make sure you get a doctor) they can assess how much Botox you'd need.
@Neverendingkisses I love my Cereve hydrating face wash! Excellent suggestion. Thanks for the recommendation!
GB, I want to try that drunk elephant baby facial! Sounds amazing!
^ I'm planning on hitting the 11's soon .
I would love to get a slight lift to brow as well.
I'm scared ( my first " preservation" ) haha.
:)
Check out ebay, they might have it!^
I just ordered from Sephora, a sleeping peel, it's a clean/cruelty free brand, June Jacobs Labs, Naturally Serious.
I have the night retinol oil..

Micronor birth control ( my brand is Nikki the generic ) is really doing my skin well.
Back acne is pretty much resolved. One thing I didn't think about is that it dries the skin quite a bit so my non-problem areas are pretty dry now .
I'll take the need to moisturize every day over my back looking bad.
It's a pill that's known for " sucking up " the male type hormones from what I understand that can aggravate skin.
Would botox get rid of the tiny lines in my face from smiling?they're in my upper cheek and lower cheek area, as well as slightly in my eye area? I don't see them unless I smile and I really look for them upclose though.
