When the customer doesn't know what he wants
Last night I encountered a customer who kept bouncing around fetishes he wanted to explore with me. 30 seconds into the dialogue of a roleplay, he'd say "no! Let's do something else! Findom! Get me to pay you" so, I'd start the dialogue and 30 seconds into that he's say "I don't like that way" and I really wanted to ask him...do you even know what YOU want? Or maybe what he wanted wasn't exactly Financial Domination.
have you ladies ever encountered a customer who is indecisive or not sure of the terminology they're using? How do you handle this on the clock of a 1 on 1 show?
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
Yes, sometimes you get a customer that's super indecisive, or the type wants to see/get as much as he can in as little time as he can. There are guys that are genuinely unsure of what they want but they are usually far and few in between. This guy seems like he's a control freak and I believe those are the worst kind of customers and should be cut loose ASAP. Eventually they can become nasty, pushy, and even vindictive if they don't get what they want. I have always asked the customer what they desire and 99.9% of the time they tell me. If they don't have a direct answer I push for roleplay, or start out with a slow strip tease. Exploring new things with a shy or inexperienced guy can be enjoyable but sometimes it's the ones who are control freaks that we have to worry about.
ETA: Because we are in sales I also think it's very important to upgrade any skills that you may have in order to take control of the situation at all times.

I hate when guys don't know what they want or don't tell you what they want and you're asking and they're being silent....I just go about my show and if they don't like it they can leave.

Woah Kortney! I can't thank you enough for this insightful post. I instinctively felt this way, but I didn't want jump the gun and make excuses. This customer really kind of made me feel shitty because of how he'd interrupt me! I've never encountered a pushy customer bouncing around from submissive roleplay to dominate me..."make me tip you" ...it honestly didn't feel right and I kept thinking "control freak" because after I'd be dominant he'd then switch it on me and say "I don't like being told what to do." *hand on forehead*
Thank you.
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
^^^Wow, sounds like the ultimate asshole customer. He'll be the type to report you and give you a 1 star rating and a bad comment or tag like "doesn't listen" and "talk and stall". They'll wear you out and you'll leave the private drained and perhaps with less money than you hoped. Some of them are just cheap and want a 2 for 1. Basically a shitton of different roles for a cheaper price. I have text chat guys like that that want me to play multiple characters but only paid for a 10 min session and didn't tip. O.o Or the guys that want you to do 5 outfit changes during your show.
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
Yup, it happens fairly often. Especially on Skype for some reason. It's good practice for thinking on your feet and improvising! Unfortunately, some guys just don't know what they want. Don't be afraid to break character for a moment and ask them to explain what they want if you're confused. And if they're rude about it, ban them. I have zero patience with assholes.
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
I didn't know these types of customers existed. It's definitely something to note and watch out for. Also, to not take personally. Thank you again
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
To kind of piggyback off of this question: I'm new still and when guys come into my room and exchange pleasantries with me I tend to ask what they're looking for or if there is something in particular they're into, just to prompt them into closing a deal, so to speak. Most of the time they'll tell me and I'll either say that I do that and chat until we come to an agreement and do a show or tell them I don't and they go on their merry way. Sometimes they'll say "I'm not sure" or "I'm just hanging out." What do you ladies do in response to those kinds of statements? I often transition into trying to prompt them with stuff I'm good at but it doesn't work as often as I'd like in converting. Any tips?

I BAN freeloaders. I don't allow ppl to park themselves in my room and promote the culture of just hanging out. That's what Netflix and chill is for.
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
I either ignore freeloaders and spam them with an autotext saying "can't WAIT to talk to you more in pvt / excl :P" or kick / ban them, depending on how I feel. I don't reward them with attention - that is for damn sure. That said, I also don't do shows with guys who don't know what they want. IME, they DO know what they want and aren't telling you because they are embarassed or w/e but the fact that they're not telling you what they want doesn't change the fact (or makes worse the fact) that they can't manage their expectations and are looking for something really specific that you won't be able to do unless you can read minds. If someone "doesn't know what they want" but also doesn't want me to just "do my thing" then I end the show / leave a note on their account about it. If they cannot communicate and manage their expectations neither can I.
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
^ I know this may not work for Cammers but it has had a very high positive response in the club for me- when a guy actually says the words "I don't know ................ " I always aim to respond with "I know you don't know, but if you did know what would you say?".
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
I find at least 50% of the guys I encounter don't know what they want or ask for something then it changes halfway through.
I go with the flow now. Guy wants me to dominate him but is being all bossy? Wants SPH then wants me to masturbate? Whatever dude, you're paying for this experience. I'll do each part of your request to the best of my ability.
Try not to think too hard about putting fetishes/kinks in a box and if you realize they're more fluid then it's easier to adapt and change them.
HOWEVER, if they are rude/pushy/aggressive? Ban ban ban.
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
I went back in my account and banned this customer after reading your responses
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
Am I the only one who smells free loader?? To me, it sounds like he enjoys wasting her time for little money.
His problem is not yours. If I were you or if I ran into a customer like this, I wouldn't take his private unless he knows what he wants. Time is money.

Thank you. I needed this. I'm too hard on myself sometimes. I'm glad I'm learning correct parameters in dealing with certain types of customers.
Re: When the customer doesn't know what he wants
I get these guys all the time. Most of the time I end up lecturing them which I tie into domination. "So you obviously have no idea what you want. I want you to think about a couple fetishes you'd like and come back. If you try topping from the bottom again, I will fucking destroy you weak little man. How dare you try to take control of me." I then grab my ridding crop and whip my desk hard with it.
Most of the time it kicks their butt into gear or they leave for good.
