Good clubs in Los Angeles area?
Hi guys,
Im really interested in stripping. Im pretty confident with myself and Im a pretty good dancer regulary. Ive taken pole dancing classes and I really just wanna make more money than I am working at Macys. I live in riverside county so i would be committing for a little while. Any advice would be a super big help! Im not 21 until april so Id need a club i could still work at obviously.. Good clubs to start at, things I should know before going in, questions i should ask, etc. ANYTHING will help! :) Ive done a little bit of research but I really wanted to talk to people who are in it now and could tell me a little something about LA clubs as of now.. I have two friends who want to do it as well, same age. We're open to escorts too but Im not willing to sleep with anyone or anything like that. I would like to be as clean as possible! Im ready to start ASAP. Thanks!
Re: Good clubs in Los Angeles area?
Hi! Welcome ^^
I live in LA, and if you search around on the forums you will discover as I did how terrible LA clubs are in general. Especially the full nude in my opinion... Customers are cheap, grouchy, complaining about how there's no alcohol and expecting WAYY too much for how much they pay. All decent California strippers end up moving somewhere more profitable - Vegas is the most popular obviously. A lot of girls commute there on the weekends to work in Vegas clubs BUT under 21 there is also ehh... very extras-filled. For me I define extras as anything where the custy's dick is out. Which is no no and gross.
Anyways, right now I work at Silver Reign. It's... fine. Lately it's been SUPER SLOW. Like our ratio of girls to guys is often 10:1 to 5:1 at best. My problem with the club is that it's extras heavy. Obviously there's like 10% of guys who don't want extras, but it's hard to sell when there are enough girls willing to do other things... We're also in Santa Monica so the clientele is upscale with stragglers BUT still - fairly cheap customers for the most part, and just really dead a lot of days. There are 0 dance days which is just depressing.
There's a list of all full nude clubs you can find on thrillist.com I believe, but I believe the cleanest and classiest club is 4play. I'm going to try there soon because I'm so tired of how dead my club is. Being happy about 100-200 dollars a night is depressing as fuck. I'm new so I'm learning how to hustle (and a lot of other shit about the business) which is getting a lot easier for me.
I've also worked at Playpen (STAY AWAY) and Oddball Cabaret (it's whatever, too many cheap customers who are gropey, too cheap of a club - constant 2 for 1 specials which means you're doing 2 dances for 30. And since it's a 50-50 split with the club, you're doing 7 dollar all nude dances). I also have been told to avoid the valley and the city of industry, a bit too sketchy = not as many good customers.
Hollywood is hit or miss I think. Body shop, 7th veil, etc are all in Hollywood. Lots of tourists but it's not a very nice area to be honest. Pretty sure someone got stabbed on Hollywood and Highland (it's happened before too...) the other week.
So yeah, if you have any questions just message me!
Re: Good clubs in Los Angeles area?
4play is good if you a very slim figure, and the blonde look. And no tattoos. Thats what the clientele wants.
The clubs in hollywood are horrible like so dead. Tourists don't know how to tip either.
Downtown is an option too if you have a more voluptuous (bottom heavy) figure SAMS is 21 and over but SAMS afterhours is 18+ Or you can look in to urban nights like
if pole dancing is your strength you want to find a club with stage money
