Be careful using skyprivate
I know there is a thread for skyprivate but I think this information is important to share with those who use skyprivate frequently . Today I did a very short show that was over 2 minutes but I only received payment for 1 minute. I sent skyprivate an email with a screenshot of the issue and their response was

The respond made no sense because the video call did not lag or freeze. My internet is very fast with a 50 download and a 20 upload and the guy did not complain about my video call lagging or freezing.
I sent a response to their email saying, “So there is a possibility when I do a show, I will not receive a full payment?

I'm sorry you had to go through that. I'm sure the guy was charged as well and they just decided not to cover their mistake with the plugin. If it helps any, cut off skyprivate and do skype shows on your own by advertising. Less of a headache and you'll get paid for the whole show before it even starts. SMH.

Thankfully it was a short show for you and you did not loose more, I suppose. :-\
I don't know how this site works, but maybe take a screen cap when the show is about to end as proof in case it happens again, and trash it once payment is ok? So if there is a timer than you can email it to despite the inconsistent payment. Just an idea. :)

Skype chat history itself automatically notes the length of the call when you disconnect on my Windows version of Skype and on my Mac version of Skype it'll say 'call started' + time and 'call ended' + time. The screenshot she sent them (assuming it was of her earnings from the plug in + had the conversation window with custy open) would have both time paid + time of show in it automatically.
I'm more interested in the support's reply, because it's kind of idiotic bullshit and I'd call them on it. 'If there is an internet connection problem, the plugin will end the call automatically' and saying there was a plugin issue here makes no fuck all sense, because CLEARLY there's was an issue with the plugin, it stopped counting, and did NOT automatically disconnect. So, either it wasn't an internet connection issue or a plugin issue but a glitch on their end (and they're lying to you about it) or they just didn't bother to read your email in the first place or investigate it so they sent you an auto-response that doesn't really relate to your issue (a la SM support).
You shouldn't have to focus on whether or not the plugin is still counting during the show not because it's a pain in the ass, but because by their admission and the design of the plugin itself it should auto-disconnect the call when the customer's balance hits $0 OR when it stops counting down/glitches. It did neither of these things, which is in and of itself a glitch they need to be made aware of and something they need to fucking pay you for.
Their first reply says it wasn't an issue with the plug in but the internet instead. The second reply said that if there was an internet connection issue, the plugin should automatically disconnect the call (which it did not, so that's actually a plugin issue). They've not proven it was an internet connection issue in anyway and they're squeaking out of paying you money that you rightly deserve. And, let's be real, it's not like it's more than $2-3 extra they owe you right? How fucking hard is it to just pay that and not look like assholes?

It sounds to me then that they would not pay her regardless of the amount in that case because it would be admitting that they owe her money, and it would server for precedence in other situations... do you understand what I mean? Like, if they do it this time it would have to be for other times as well.

It would serve as a precedent, indeed, and that precedent would be paying your fucking models for their work Skyprivate. Like, she can clearly show that she did the work and that it was a failure of the plugin to charge the customer for the full time and/or a failure of the plugin to register all of her earnings if it did charge the customer for the full show. If that shit had happened on SM and I contacted Liz, I'd be getting my money. If that happened on any major site, actually, I'd be getting my money.
I don't see this as a legitimate grey area situation where they could go either way on paying her and it would be justified. Example: on SM, when you get disconnected from a gold show that is nearly complete (usually a minute or less from over) and report that to Liz, she'll give you the full earnings (or very close to them). Meanwhile, if the show disconnected right at the beginning, she often would not pay you the entire amount (or any) and that's not something most of us feel is unfair or shocking because it's a grey area.
She did the work. Their program failed. They need to pony up. End of conversation as far as I'm concerned.

Although I am only missing out on 71% of $4, I do not feel comfortable using the plugin since most of the time my shows with Skyprivate are much longer. I would have been pissed if I did 10 minute show and only get paid for 1 minute of it. To avoid getting mad in the future I will mostly like stop using Skyprivate since we are not able to do prepaid with out the risk of getting a chargeback and now apparently the plugin is not 100% effective.
This thread is my form of calling them out and make sure I do not have wrong way of thinking.

I just wanted to update and share that this same problem just happened to me tonight.
I had a couple brief calls with a customer, both of which were randomly ended by Skyprivate. The plugin counter was running for the duration until the calls were ended. I have screenshots of the calls from Skype showing that they both lasted a hair over 2 minutes. Oddly, I also have a screenshot from my SP dashboard, where it shows the number of calls and number of minutes for the day. It's showing 2 calls and 4 minutes, but on the very same page, it shows that both calls were billed for only 1 minute each.
I sent an email to support. We'll see what they say. In the meantime, I'm not going to be using Skyprivate unless there is some resolution to the malfunction.

I had the same issue, weeks ago, the client been billed only for 1 minute, and the call ended on the same time, please PM because i believe, that some guys know how to trick the skyprivate plugin, and we can check, if is the same guy.

I work on Skyprivate since Mai 2019. I am verified model - I was always fair - I use only pay-per-minute modus /no chargeback/. I was quiet successful on Skyprivate,
But I don t get paid.
At first it was only delay - November 2019, March 2020, now Mai 2 payouts.
The one payout was approved, but never sent. Support only promises.
I am confused.
What SP sells? Software? Or know how? Or shows?
If they will sell shows, they need good models, they bring money. But models don t will work, when they don t get paid.
May be has SP financial problems.....

There is a Skyprivate representative that speaks here from time to time. She last logged in several hours ago. Unfortunately, none of us work for SP and can't look into this issue for you.

A couple of others aswell as myself had the exact same problem with their partner site for whatsapp sexting. I had to go through SP countless times in an attempt to get my money only to be ignored, promised stuff and fobbed off. It took absolutely weeks to get my money and I don’t know if the other two girls got theirs. They’ve shut the site down now.

I am on skyprivate from 2014, never had a problem with payments.Before it was 15 days of waiting after withdrawing the funds, now it is between 8 to 10 days. Ourlittlesecret announcement that it closed months ago, also unblur, I received the emails with this news, the money from ourlittlesecret was transferred within 2 weeks to my skyprivate account after requesting it. When I need to contact support sometimes it is slow and I have sent more than one email, but then I have a reply to all. I hope your problem is resolved soon
