I did not find a single inconsiderate comment in this entire thread. I also did not "twist" your words. If there is something specific here that you found inconsiderate then you know you can speak up about it. I do not think it is necessary to say that this whole (amazing) thread should have stopped once the OP's question was answered because you found something insensitive.
If I have missed something "insensitive" here then I truly would like to hear your view on it. In my opinion that would be the mature thing to do.
It was inconsiderate to continually write out the word after being warned not to.
My apologies for using the n-word in my post. I was quoting Chris Rock, and simply cut and pasted the quote, so I didn't think anything of it. If the words were my own, I would certainly not say it. It's sorta like another thing Chris Rock said, about when a rap song comes on the radio and you're hanging out with a white guy and he's singing along, and then gets all unsure about whether or not to sing the n-word lol.
I personally think it's ok to use it in a quote. It's about context, and nothing I said was racist. But even if you share that view, I get that you'd want to censor any usage of the word in this forum.
You feel the word should be used freely on here to prove what point? I was talking about everyone that kept using the word.
I'm not speaking for Lola but to me it seems like what she's getting at is how this thread started as a simple discussion on whether or not Raceplay is ok and whether you do it or not to people being insensitive with the n-word, questioning why they can't use the n-word(I personally don't understand why non-black would want to use the word in the first place) and slavery. If I'm right with what I said then I can understand where she's coming from because the n-word, non-black people questioning why they can't use the n-word, and slavery is still a very much sensitive subject and I think it will always be.
I have this phonesex reg who thinks I'm white. After 5 years I'm sure he has his suspicions. But from time to time he'll call and say tell me how much that little pussy craves n-word dick. And he actually says n-word versus [email protected]$3r. And each time I take this opportunity to give him a hard time. Its funny to me. This entire thread is both hilarious and disturbing. That's typically how these sort of convos go. So what I tell him and all the others who go "Can you say the n-word" I go sure can but can you? What n-word are we talking about? Mmmm baby I love nasty dick. No say the n-word. Oh okay my bad. I just can't get enough of big ol Neanderthal dicks. Naughty Dicks, Numb dicks, Nerd dick etc. And this is all on their dime IDGAF if you want me to say it, then you better be prepared to say it first. Like Louie CK said we're all in this together folks. Don't put your shit on me
This happens all the time with these controversial topics.
I think we can all agree the n word is bad.
Slavery is bad.
Racism itself is bad.
Raceplay is based on your comfort level. The ladies who do offer race play here do it because it's consenting and the word has been fetishized. It's a taboo for nonblack people to say. Most social taboos with be fetishized at some point. The human sexuality is weird like that.
Also some powerful shit

^^ Okay this thing here by bill nye has been my entire point. So how can you proceed it with saying racism is bad?? WTF is it??? I mean I seriously do not understand what it is! This word should only exist when referring to E.T.'s.
And maybe you would all like me to stop saying the"N" but I wont! Because I love everyone and I refuse to give that word power to hurt someone! It is just a damn word and the power you think is associated with it all comes from YOURSELF!
^^ Okay then so which race is it that "black" skinned people belong to??
I think you missed the part about it being a social construct, rather than a biological phenomena.
EDIT: There are a handful of names for that race, including the plural of the n-word.
Look, I'm with you; I believe it's ok to use the n-word in an academic sense, or to quote someone. But to say that race and racism isn't a thing...I mean, we'd all like to live in a utopia, but we don't get there by ignoring world issues.
but even if it is a "social construct" it has a name right? So what is the name of it?
This thread is just getting loads on conflict over a stupid word. I was just making obvious points. I don't think anyone is being racist. Seriously every needs to calm down, stop being afraid you are going to hurt someone's feelings, and hug it out.
Really yins, this happens every time race is brought up, I would be shock if it doesn't get locked out in a few.
The point is that even if race is a social construct, the race a person is percieved as has very real consequences for how people treat them and the opportunities they receive in life. Just closing your eyes and going "racism doesn't exist" doesn't actually make racism stop existing? Quite the opposite I would say as it cripples any discussion to pretend the issue isn't real. Even if YOU personally love people regardless of race or whatever it doesn't mean everyone does. Plus even really racist people will very rarely call or consider themselves racists...
I honestly think it's delusional and harmful to consider yourself incapable of racism. When you are raised in a society that teaches you through various means that people DO NOT have the same value it's inevitable that you pick up that idea yourself, even in subtle ways. The best thing in my opinion is to 1. acknowledge the problem, 2. be willing to listen, and 3. be critical and vigilant of your words, thoughts, and actions.
That's all.
Im up for hugging it out! Okay Im done. Im sure you all understand my point and if you dont agree with it that is cool with me. Sorry I got all carried away this is a subject that I feel very passionate about.
**HUGS**
Right. But unfortunately, it's a word that has a LOT of negative connotations, and somewhere along the way we derailed OP's point. :/
I just feel like if it's someone's fetish then go for it! It's been used for hate for long enough so if it gets someone off then great. It's when it's being slung around in a nasty and hateful way that it becomes a problem. Then again, I'm not telling anyone anything that they don't already know. Like Audri said, let's all hug it out, we're in this together anyway.
And this is what I find Hilarious. You try quoting Bill Nye while placing an offer on a house when you have dark skin and "exotic names" Or try to walk home vs drunk driving on a Friday night. These fools out here don't care about Bill Bye and science. They're not gonna stop and go oh wait that black boy over there is a human being. Let's not stop and frisk him. Y'all mean well but many of you have no idea. And to bring it back on topic this crosses over into the media/porn and now camming. Its all a reflection of what we see day to day. And what we are told is beautiful. Its Conditioning. And from this comes raceplay.
Brain Food!!! Love it!
Im a white, Canadian girl living in Spain. Catalunya to be exact. Catalans dont like outsiders. I couldnt rent the house I wanted until I had a Catalan friend of mine contact the real estate agent and make my offer with his Catalan accent in Catalan. I also get stopped by the police regularly and I am ALWAYS pulled over to blow into a Breathalyzer while other drunken Catalans are waved through. And to date, with the exception of a couple of guys, every friend I have here or have made is a foreigner like me. Its not race. Its not America. Its discrimination and not just black Americans who have to deal with it.
I get it that its sucks cause I live it everyday in everything I do! Maybe some of you will think Im full of shit and I dont really get it cause of slavery or some other argument but the reality is that what your all discussing is how you live in America and that is weak cause this is a problem around the entire world and is not exclusive to one skin colour, nation, religion or creed. I do not agree with the term "racism" because we are one race. The term itself is ment to divide us and make us feel as though we are different from one another when we are not. I use every word in English with out acceptation. I do not censor my words I own them and I will not allow them to divide me from others or my beliefs. Words exists to straighten these bond!
Rosa Parks and Dr. King were great people but King was a known adulterer and Parks was not the first to refuse her seat but was chosen to be the face of the movement due to her lighter skin
With that being said, human beings are complex and multifaceted and nobody's believe is of ultimate supreme. I'm sure plenty of friends of both King and Parks used the N word. Its been part of the black lexicon for ages.
I don't like using the word, and I sure as hell am not anywhere near the cultural worthiness to be entitled to using it. I still do raceplay and like I said before and aftercare is important. The reason why raceplay is such a turn on for some people is that it's so bad, taboo and horrible. Anything that is remotely taboo or "dirty" can be a sexual trigger, some more than others. We all have kinks and raceplay is part of that world. It's how you respect the boundaries and play with them that make sexuality fun.
