I tried SL and I feel it's too outdated for my tastes. I'd prefer to watch a sims 4 wedding haha but thank you for your suggestion, I know you do awesome there. As for weddings, my persona to my clients is very much a paid gf/lover on the go so the wedding suggestion would weird way too many (including myself) out, lol.
Re: Maintaining client relations.
Tonight I made a custom video (8 minutes) for a very good regular as a Christmas gift. Within an hour of me sending it he wrote me a HUGE thank you and tipped me $90. 8 minutes of filming, 5 of editing, and 2 to compose an e-mail to him turned into what amounts to a full day's wages for some people. For less than an hour of easy work.
Not posting to brag, I've just been kind of experimenting with the W&D approach a little lately, seeing how good I am at reading certain clients, seeing if it gets me any more business. I'm only posting as proof that it *can* yield rewards. Some clients are comfortable with the client/provider relationship as is, and these are the guys I think you can foster a very comfortable financial arrangement with if you are willing to put in the time.
Re: Maintaining client relations.
Interesting concept. I rarely put myself out there like that but have been considering for a certain client. I just don't want to appear like I need him that much though cuz I don't, but I truly appreciate him & that he's been there so long. I've been weighing the pros & cons. He's followed me to my other site. I don't even know how to bring up cutting out the camsite altogether... And doing GW or something... I'd feel weird doing it.
