2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
My best friend just turned 21 and can finally walk the floor (I'm 22), we're both good hustlers and we look almost the exact same. We even have matching outfits ;D
I'm wondering if it would be smarter for us to hustle together or alone? I'm not super experienced with two girl hustling but I figure it'd be fun to try. From others experience, is it wiser to hustle with another girl or could that result in less sales due to doubling the price? (Sorry if there's already a thread on this, I searched "two girl hustle" in the search bar and a thousand results came up, none with this exact question that I could see)
Also any tips on two girl hustling? I'm open to any advice or ideas...
In general, do you feel there is more or less money to be made when hustling with another person (assuming you both have a similar hustle and dance style)?
Re: 2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
I think it can be great if you're approaching a group and you're equally good with conversation/entertainment..as far as VIPs with one customer goes, it can work with a big spender. There's a girl I double VIP with at times. She's more innocent/bubbly and I'm more sensual/teasing. We have very different looks as well. But the downside is she usually drops the ball when it comes to closing the sale and leaves it up to me, so I feel like I'm doing more work for the same $
Re: 2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
Now I'm no expert in either, but from my almost 1 year of dancing I've noticed a couple things about the solo vs double hustle. At my club, partnered girls tend to not do too well for many reasons; but that doesn't mean it couldn't work out for two well trained and disciplined hustlers.
Cons of having a partner...
1. Some girls will only go on stage together, even on weekdays which means they split their stage money. This almost never leaves them with more money compared to what they would have made on stage individually.
2. Temptation to fuck around instead of working. Almost every partnered girl I work with ends up in this predicament and then they feel resentment towards their partner for holding them back from making their full earning potential.
3. Having a partner complicates things. One of you may end up in a situation that oversteps the others boundaries, how will you know if your overstepping hers? How will she know if she oversteps yours? Its also even harder to speak up if something happens that make either of you uncomfortable because you may feel your letting down the other person if you refuse a sale.
4. You'll be concentrating on one group of guys who may or may not be worth both your time when individually you could be hustling two groups and be twice as likely to strike a big sale.
5. You have to worry about your partners feelings and the possibility of drama... ugh. (There will be times when a customer will choose one of you over the other.)
6. You'll be draining a guys wallet together, which means you'll only get half of what you would have gotten draining it yourself.
Pros of having a partner...
1. Easy confidence booster when you need it.
2. More fun at work and someone to share your experiences with.
3. If you have a partner who you can comfortably perform with, then you can really amp up your stage shows. (BUT, keep in mind that it won't always guarantee to make you more money than other randomly partnered girls, even those who won't do lez performance. It's just like how being a super poler won't always make you more stage money. Stage is more about being at the right place at the right time. That being said, being super hot, having make up on point, knowing pole tricks, and doing lez performance will def raise your odds of bringing over that guy who will make it rain.)
4. You can gang up on a guy and pressure him into getting dances a bit easier/quicker.
5. In the right partnership you can have twice the back up when a customer oversteps the rules or tries to rip you off.
I'm sure there are more but that's what I'm able to come up with right now. Personally I think partners are more trouble than they're worth. However, in your situation you could easily work individually, but agree to being mutually beneficial to one another. For example you can both agree to stick to your own hustle, but whenever you find a customer who is interested in a double dance or bachelor/birthday stage party you can agree to let your partner in on the opportunity if she's available. You can also agree to reach out to each other if adding a friend to VIP will get you the sale at a price that will satisfy the both of you. And, of course perfecting a good doubles routine for stage whenever partnered dancers are required on stage. That would be my plan of attack.
Just be sure to work out ground rules with her and plan out what you agree to do if a customer oversteps those rules you have in place. Things like... how far is too far for the both of you in terms of customer interaction, how far is too far in terms of lez performance, what is the minimum amount you two feel you should earn from a double VIP, how do you plan on disciplining unruly customers, should you have a code word or saying you can communicate to your partner if things start feeling weird (something that indicates yellow) or feel its time to walk out (something that indicates red), how long is too long for you two to be just sitting and talking while you're in the middle of your shift.

Thanks for typing that out, super helpful :)
Re: 2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
if you guys are approaching groups of at least 2 guys, then hell yes! i find my chances of getting a dance with guys in groups increases exponentially when there's another girl to up the pressure and when they see their buddies going back for a dance too.
but for the love of god dont approach one guy if you're hustling with another girl lol, that just makes things very awkward and hurts your money most of the time.

hadn't thought of that, thank you!
Re: 2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
I hustle with this girl at my club & usually do well together but there are times when they choose one or the other & we just let it be & move on to another sale with another guy.
Re: 2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
I'm convinced double hustle is better. Especially if at least one is really good at selling.
Re: 2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
I'm a lone wolf. I prefer to hustle on my own and get maximum returns from each customer. IME experience, the double hustle generally reduces how much each girl gets, since most customers won't just double their budget. However, there are a handful of dancers that I work well with and we will double up when the opportunity is right -- 2+ customers or a customer that expresses an interest in having two dancers at once. In those cases, it's great to have a dancer friend that I'm both comfortable with and on the same page as. Otherwise, it's every woman for herself.
Re: 2 girl hustle vs solo hustle?
I'm also a lone wolf. I try to be very driven and focused on my monetary goals, and it's best if I do that without someone who has different goals, styles, etc.
I do have a couple girls I have given doubles dances with on multiple occasions. One of the girls I work with is my best friend of 9+ years, so if a guy tells me he wants a double I'll grab her if she is available. There are a couple other girls I'd also grab but that's it. I don't particularly love doubles dances, so it's not something I seek out. I've worked hard on my own hustle and like to do it alone.
