Studio problems
I joined a studio on sm (stupid, I know) when I first started camming with my boyfriend. The account was just for the two of us, I never had my own. I've recently begun camming on my own and sm will not let me sign up, they say I'm with a studio. The problem is its been more 6 months since I cammed on there (its I-camz, and I do believe 6 months is the contract release time) so I should be able to sign up again right? I can't even find the old profile so I'm pretty sure its not even there anymore. I-camz literally never replies and I'm at a loss of how to work for SM now :( If my profile is there how do I close it? and will I have to wait another 6 months?

Re: Studio problems
I'd contact Liz and tell her the issue, she will be more helpful than general support. [email protected]

Re: Studio problems
1. Make sure to email SM support from your old account's email address and tell them to close your account. Also ask how long has it been since your last streaming date. It is 6 months past that date.
2. If you were the "primary" on your couple's account, then the studio may still own you. I-Camz doesn't do releases.
3. If it really has been 6 months, then contact [email protected] from your new account email (after the old one has been confirmed closed) and ask for another look at the approval.
(shameless plug) If you want daily pay through us, we can also help you straighten out and expedite things, and we do releases when you want.
