What's the best way to do this? I do not have a computer to download CD-ROMs. I filed 2015 on my phone. I do not want to go pay somebody to enter numbers on a form I can do myself. How can I do this?

CD Roms?
Lol like old skool software that came on CDs
The problem you are going to run into is the fact that you can not file 2014 electronically. You will need to print out a copy and mail it to the IRS. Search for 2014 tax prep online and see if there are any sites where you can either prepare online and print or download and prepare your return. Using your phone and not printing a paper return is probably not an option for 2014.
Your local library may have a printer you can use to print the form
A decent sized CPA may have the forms or print one for you in hopes of future business
I think you can fill the forms out directly on IRS.gov
I found a computer to use to download 2014 on. I didn't need to buy a cd from the place either. Thanks guys
I noticed your location is Virgina. Do not forget your state income tax. The IRS shares info with the states and Virginia will eventually come looking for their taxes for 2014
Thank you! The download came with state option.
Which download are you using? I need to file my 2015.
turbo tax has prior year options that you can download, fill out like you would the online version, but instead you click the file by mail option and it prepares the forms for you to print and send.
Omg smdh I don't know what to do! I just got around to filing... They're going to take my entire federal return and I still owe the state $1400!
Are you referring to your 2015 or 2014 return?
I filed 2015 1st. I get a refund from 2015 but owe for 2014.
See if you can offer a lump sum down payment, and then make monthly payments on the remaining balance. If your down payment/repayment period is quick enough, there probably won't be any problem with it. I'd use more positive language, except I'm not exactly sure how payment plans work with back taxes. Still, if nothing else, it's worth a shot.
You can request a payment plan from the IRS. You can file a form 9465 to request the payment plan or you can request the payment plan on-line. I suggest you file your 2014 return and pay what you can and request the payment plan. However, I always tell my clients that it is best to pay the IRS as soon as you can. Having the IRS as a creditor is not pleasant. They are not forgiving of missed and late payments. Suggest you search on-line for IRS payment plan and read the info carefully.
It's been a few weeks but I called VAs department of taxation to arrange a payment plan. They told me I have to wait til I receive a bill before I can pay. Wtf?
