Yes. Change your mindset and push through the discomfort. It's the only way to break yourself. It's been said that in order to force a new habit, or break and old one- you need to stick to the plan every single day for 66 days. Of course in a few weeks you could start to get in the groove which is a start.
I deal with depression as well but being mindful helps and keeping your thoughts and visuals and affirmations positive and focused on your goal will get you through. Some things that help me is drinking water, working out, eating healthier, meditating daily, and speaking affirmations throughout the day and even in the mirror. I'm not perfect or at goal, but I'm working towards full functioning capacity each day.
Eight months ago I posted a ton of positive affirmations and quotes on my bedroom walls. I was a fucking MESS. It started with me watching meditation and healing videos on youtube and the thought that I deserved a much better life than what I was giving myself and so do YOU. Now I'm wealthier, bills aren't choking me to death, I'm down 30lbs, feel great, and I'm seeing a LOT less of my bed.
Don't let yourself self-destruct anymore. You're worth love but it starts with you, first. Learn to love yourself and everything will fall into place. Change your mindset bb and go out and be you at 100% capacity. Life will get better. You have to want it bad enough. That, or allow the darkness to swallow you up and life pass you by.
