Chaturbate Tech Fail... Help!
Hi ladies! I'm hoping maybe someone here can offer some 'tech support' since I havent heard back from CB's support team yet.
So first things first - My webcam is a Logitech c920, my laptop is running Windows 10 & I'm using Google Chrome.
When I click on Broadcast Yourself, Adobe Flash Player Settings pops up and I click Allow. It then tells me No Camera Selected. When I click on the Camera dropdown menu there are two 'options' both of which are blank (If I unplug my webcam there is only one blank option).
I know that my webcam works with my computer, since I've been recording with it recently.
So as far as the things I've tried without success:
-Attempted to upgrade Adobe Flash. It tells me its up to date and that chrome will automatically keep it up to date for me.
-Went into Chrome Settings and cleared the Cache. I also set it up to auto-allow adobe to do its thing
-Went to - Then I selected Chaturbate to Always Allow webcam access
-I've gone into the computer's Device Manager - Camera Properties & tried updating/troubleshooting it. (but like I said earlier, the camera is working fine with my computer it just wont register on the broadcast page)
I'm really upset that I'm now through my 3rd day without being able to get online. Half of my New Model Status has been wasted... Is it possible that it could be reset once all the tech issues are resolved?? Ugh. I did so much prep work over the last month to get ready for my 'camming debut' and to be able to take full advantage of my first week.. Not off to the best start!
This is so discouraging...

It wasn't on CB, but another site and one time my flash player had crashed, and the adobe test site didn't catch that. I went through the same things you describe. I am not tech minded at all, that's just what happened to me. I had tech support that I pay for with my ISP fix it. It would've cost me good money at Geek Squad to fix that. I hope this helps.
