Re: Question For Customers
Tl;dr : (1) If I'm enjoying it; (2) sexual attraction, attitude, & confidence; (3) mileage, attitude, & rapport.
I generally tip if I'm enjoying it or appreciating it. I tip for stage sets sometimes because I want to see the woman later, sometimes because I appreciate her pole work, or sometimes just because I like her body. For dances and tableside I tip accordingly if I'm getting VIP level treatment outside of the VIP rooms. I'll also tip for a good conversation. I also like a woman who is confident to say what she wants to say. A pleasant, upbeat attitude matters.
I'm not really complicated. If I'm sexually attracted to you, I'll invite you over to talk, or ask you to sit when you ask to join me. I know pretty much right away via the dancer's attitude whether I'm going to ask for some dances from you or not. That is pretty much it.
I have or I develop favorite dancers who through rapport and past experience will get more of my money than other dancers. In exchange of giving more of herself (time, leeway, personal attention, what have you) than the other dancers she gets more money in exchange.
Lately I have been getting dances (at least 1-2, often more) from most everyone new I talk to since I have found some real gems out there that I may have otherwise passed on had I been superficially picky, like in the past. The variety is nice to explore.
If you've helped me unwind for the night you've done your job.

Enthusiastic cheerful attitude, and a pleasant personality.

Body type or attractiveness....this is going to depend from guy to guy. Some guys like girls with big butts or big boobs or small and skinny. Everybody has their "type"
Then attitude...somebody who's happy smiling and positive is just a lot more fun to be around in general. There could be a super hot girl but if she looks upset or mad then I'd move on to another. I'm not saying bubbly and ditzy by any means but just having fun. It's just a lot more pleasant and welcoming.
Lastly and this is less and less as I get older...how well we mesh personality wise. As I get older and you realize more and more that it's just for fun you don't care as much if the person really likes you.
Re: Question For Customers
We all different preferences in physical attributes.
If a dancer has an upbeat, positive, friendly attitude, I will tip her...attitude really is everything!
Spending an extended amount of time with a dancer depends on personality, compatibility...If we have some common interests to talk about, the conversation is so much better.
Re: Question For Customers
The pushiest dancers are the best for me. Ones who walk up, plop down on my lap, and don't waste any time hustling. Within two minutes I'm going VIP.
*On a side note, I used to be the opposite. I would seek out a dancer I thought I would like just by the way she looked, but that got old after I realized an important aspect of the business: those dancers who are used to having customers go up to them all the time generally don't make much effort (if any at all) to hustle, at least in my experience here in Texas.
Re: Question For Customers
For starters, I do need to be attracted to her. There are a few different types of girls that really ring my bell, but being pretty - or at least "cute" - is a good start. A nice body is important to me too, which doesn't mean stick thin as I tend to like some meat on the bones and a certain category of curvy girls just kills me for some reason, but I don't pay fat girls for anything, ever. It is a strip club after all.
Beyond that, a fun personality is key for me. Smiling and making eye contact is a big start, along with just looking relaxed. These things, along with what I said above about attraction, are sure to draw me to the stage. A girl who looks bored or rigid is a buzz kill, including one who stares at herself in the stage mirrors or zones out by looking above the heads of people watching her perform on stage.
If she sits with me and hopes to earn more, then all of the above, along with the ability to hold even a basic conversation, will usually do the trick.
Re: Question For Customers
Hk, the best way to find out is to do it (get tips/dances), or at least observe what's going on in the club.
1. Know yourself.
Having a sense of your personality, you will be able to tweak it to your liking
(or rickdugan's liking) in order to up its money-making potential.
Why? If you don't know how you come off on people, or at least know how you interact with others, you won't know what's holding you back.
For instance, I tend to be pretty awkward, depressed, and very cautious when it comes to talking/dealing with others.
Now, If I go into a strip club and expect to make bank, I will have to do whatever it takes to get my personality into others' wallets.
No one NO ONE wants to waste their time on a dorky, anxiety ridden sad-sack like me, and through this, no one would want to give me meaningful tips
so....
2. Know what it takes to make a profit.
Walk into a strip club, start working and take a few weeks to get a pattern on things. See how the dancers transform into these magically erotic butterflies whenever a custy walks into the club. It's not just them, it's his money and in order to make his money YOUR money, you need to know what it takes to make that happen.
You'll see dancers from all walks of life (if you're in a dive) do all sorts of stuff. If you're in a more upscale place, there may not be much diversity but my point: many sorts of dancers will do many sorts of things to make a profit. As you wander around Hustle Hut, you'll see the many techniques and trials dancers go through to get that transfer of wealth.
Once you see a pattern of cause/effect::do this/gets tips and the behaviors associated with it, pick out your "stripper-goddess."
She can be your real-life stripper role-model, or an imaginary one, but what you do is work your way up to her personality.
My favorite stripper-goddess is the courtesan stripper. I give her that name because
1. She's super accommodating to every custy she meets. She respects them, yet isn't doormat for them... she's just really nice and considerate of their needs.
2. She's a smart, educated, and talented conversationalist. Everything she says is discreet, thoughtful, and entertaining.
3. Her outfit flatters her body and personality
4. She can be the secret "Disneyland" - every man's dream (from Lamberts Ho-Tactics)
Progressing to this state is slow, but with a little bit of effort and determination, I can combine my best money-making features with a dream/niche persona (that banks) and be happy. This is like doing self-improvement and up-ing your career skills to promote yourself to the next/highest level.
Look at the highest earners of the club. What do they do? What character traits are missing?
Observe, but if that doesn't work, you'll have to have some trial-and-error experiences on your own and figure out what works.
3. Figure what about yourself should be amplified or changed to make a bigger profit.
Generally, find out what it takes to put others at ease irl and apply that to your work. If there's a social habit you need to change, change it!
If you need to act like an outgoing party-animal, start acting that way and do what you can to make it a habit.
Money-makers know themselves, can adapt to their social environment, make people like them enough to tip them, and continue to improve their skills.
P.S., I'm kind of drunkoutof insomnia. Don't have insomnia that's bad boo
Re: Question For Customers
Don't get hung up on customers getting dances or tipping other girls. A lot of guys will spend money on more than on girl in a night.
Re: Question For Customers
a cool personality, a pretty face, a killer rack, and that she is permissive with touching and dirty talk.
Re: Question For Customers
No tats or fake boobies.
Eliminates like 90% but thats the point.
Re: Question For Customers
I wouldn't be hung up on what any one customer wants as we all like different things. Some like variety vs having a single fave...
Having said that, for myself, I always plan to go for the hottest one I see. Doesn't always happen as she's busy for whatever reason etc. From there I would say spending consists of...
1. Stage tipping
She has to garner some interest and me personally don't care too much for pole work. Interest could be good looks, interesting outfit, radiant personality. Something I can genuinely compliment her about.
2. She comes to my table
Has to be attractive but not necessarily the best looking/nor my type. Does have to have a fun personality than I'll be more than willing to get a few dances.
3. I come directly to her
Should come as no surprise I find her the best looking.
Those are more roughly the initial stages, however, I'm more of a having a single favorite type of guy and if she's my type looks wise with a fun/flirty(moreso than sexual/sensual) personality than its gameover. I'm done.
Good luck.

Primarily, body type and attractiveness. Obviously, as others have mentioned, this varies by individual preference. I'm a guy who prefers thin, petite girls with long hair and small breasts. A girl like that will instantly get my attention. A thick, fat or flabby girl with a big booty just isn't my type. I likely wouldn't tip her and definitely wouldn't get dances from her.
As far as going to to the VIP for dances, I'll explain it based on the clubs I frequent in my area. All of the clubs in the area of where I live are extras clubs. There's not a question of "if" extras are available, it's simply who you want them with - the dancing on stage is merely a formality. Having said that, once I'm interested because I find the girl attractive, it then comes down to which extras she does or doesn't do.
Re: Question For Customers
Well to be honest if I have never seen the girl before or am new to the club what motivates me to tip a dancer over another is how attractive I find the girl. Usually 20's or even 18 & 19 yr old girls. Spinner type build or a very skinny build. I tend to prefer either a very thin girl or a very short girl who is 5' or shorter, love those little 4' 11 girls who I can just tower over. If she is tall like 5'10", but really thin or skinny I am very attracted to that too. I am a bit odd compared to other guys I will choose the skinniest girl in the club with small boobs and hips over a really curvy girl in the club who has huge boobs. I guess I am attracted to the very fragile, delicate type look.
It isn't just looks though, once I get to know a dancer and she tends to have the personality that I tend to get turned on by I will spend money on her regardless of her body type. She can be in her mid 30's and 30lbs over weight and if her personality is what I like I will fall for her. Which the personality I tend to get attracted to is a very soft, nurturing, very easy going, acts a little clingy and dependent, lets me make the decisions and lets me be in control (at least gives me the illusion that I am), tends to have a very delicate emotionally fragile type personality that easily gets hurt.
The really overemotional girls I will open my wallet for like you won't believe lol. I love to feel their emotions run through me and feel their emotions. A dancer who tends to get very easily emotionally hurt over the slightest thing and wears her emotions on her sleeve I will tend to fall head over heals for.
Re: Question For Customers
Huge tits are a plus, but not required if she's really cute, Contact dancer, cute, and by far the most important, way above all the other, really nasty dirty talk, with an S&M theme to the dirty talk.
Re: Question For Customers
She must French kiss in the VIP room.
Re: Question For Customers
^^^^Hmmm, not for me...
If you're new, I suggest getting comfortable with hustling dances for a while, go up and talk to the guy a little, initiate contact and see how he reacts. Practice trying to get the nervous ones to open up, etc. And try to get as many dances as you can.
Most shifts have regular customer/ATF relationships. If you see one of those, try to get a few dances from the customer to get a feeling for what is expected from those regulars you are trying to get. If you see a regular stay after a long session with his ATF, then he's fair play for trying out.
To answer your question directly: As an experienced customer, I will tip at the pole for admirable skills and looks. I will sit at the stage to and tip to let her know I would like to see her some time that shift - not immediately, maybe later in her shift so she can focus less on dancing and more on mutually appreciating each other.
Eventually, if a good looking experienced dancer wants to dance with me, she walks up and grabs me by the "handle" to lead me to the VIP.
Generally, I don't waste my time on newbies, unless they are ebullient and excited.
That being said, I had a phenomenal session last weekend from a newbie dancer.
She walks up and plops down with her legs across my lap, rubbing to see where I'm comfortable letting her hands go while we both stare blankly watching a dance for a while. After one song, she introduces herself and tells me she's new to dancing.
The mutual contact while sitting is making me feel good, and I am considering excepting my guidelines and getting a dance from her.
After a few seconds, she then hits me with the closer: "Yeah, I sort of liked doing porn for a while, but i think i like dancing better."
No further conversation, I held up three fingers, letting her know how long I wanted to go to the VIP for.
It was the end of a slow session, and I had the third or fourth best session ever. Neither of us cared that we sat right in front of VIP door guard. So, mind you, if you are tentative at all about exploring your extra side, consider my first advice.
Or, if you want to accelerate your integration into the industry, consider developing your "ex-Porn star" persona.
Oh, and good luck!

Those who are desperate enough to go.If you are good looking and you have money you can buy any girl to dance over you.
Re: Question For Customers
Honest answer, mileage and how much she puts up with my antics
Re: Question For Customers
Since the only agenda I go into a strip-club with is to have a good time I care about a dancer's 'tude more than anything else. Is her being inside my six foot circle increasing or diminishing my good time. Is she harshing my party buzz or enhancing it. If it's increasing/enhancing then please stick around and let's see which direction(s) it goes. There are lots of ways to have fun and I'm open to most of them.

That sounds a little judgey, but since you went there... when did good looks on the custie's end enter into it. It's about the money, and has always been about the money. That's not a judgement, it's simple fact. It's a business. The dancers are working independent contractors who expect to get paid for the work they are doing.
Anyway.... :)
