Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
I have always provided blackmail fantasy play. I have a custie that has been contacting me through my SM room, Twitter, and now has found my Skype begging me to do a real blackmail session, with full exposure. He has sent me his pictures, ID, social media info, etc. He's willing to pay up front for the session and then for me to have at it while we play...He has been asking me to do this since July of last year wherever he can find me!
He wants me to post on social media outlets and tag him. If he asks me to delete any posts/tweets, if it gets shared/retweeted before I delete, then it's out there...for good. I asked him if he's okay with this. He says yes.
Any SW folk out there that do actual blackmail/exposure? Any tips? Do I move forward? Decline? Are there any legal repercussions? I have taken screencaps of the Skype convo with him asking for this and acknowledging that he is okay with the repercussions.
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
No, no! Don't do it. You're rising your own wellbeing because you don't know if his fetish is doing this and then flipping it round and trying to blackmail you because you shared his privat information!
Even though it was with permission....maybe post it on 4chan or something, it will get deleted automatically and will attract the negative attention he craves....possibly
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
I have researched on the topic back in the days when I started. As far as I understood the common practice is (seen on some dommes pages) when before real blackmail domme and sub sign the contract I have no idea if this contract has any legal force though. I doubt there is a country where it is legal. Maybe they define it defferently like services but again I don't think such paper could be done when blackmailer remains safe by anyone aside the Devil's Advocate }:D
I just decided it was too much trouble for nothing. Can backfire at any time.
I have played around this fantasy getting dudes info and pics but ofc I never had any intention for using it. Can't say I have made a lot of money off that. For me it is just a roleplay.
I am not much help but my 5 cents.
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
I stick to the fantasy side of it these days. Its really a lot of work and most aren't willing to pay what I asked for. Also back in the day when I used to cater to this fetish someone gave me another guys info. He wanted me to ruin some guys reputation and that's not cool. You always check them out if you're going to do it. When I did a search for the name that showed on my caller id it was attached to an auto mechanic. He had placed a sales add on craigslist. Then I looked him up on FB and not the same guy as the info he'd given. Imagine if I had gone through with it? The contract is just a way to cover your ass if things go south. But still I don't think it will hold up if you end up in legal trouble.
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
me as a domme, would advise u to not do it, in fact he can turn things around and then blackmail you. Never use teamviewer or get any IDs from guys. The pics are ok to share on social media but dont go further. I had a guy this week asking me to use teamviewer and i said a big NO. The contract is valid only if a lawyer wrote it and only if both ppl are from the same country. Since in the US it seems u guys have a lot of laws that apply to one state and then not to the other, i would also make sure that u are from the same state or county or whatever u live in to make sure it doesnt back fire at u. Contracts without any value are made just for fun, to look like he has an obbligation with u, which in fact he doesnt.
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
I don't provide this to guys at all due to legal implications. It's nothin for these pussy ass guys to cry wolf if they come under heat with their wives or work to say there's this obsessed woman after me...and she knows our kids names too...look! You don't know who you're dealing with at the end of the day...blackmail is a felony. we unfortunately live in a predatory world and industry where guys are trying to ruin US to see us jump for a couple dollars. Always have the upper hand and know that there's no sub that could ever pay you enough to lay your safety and happiness on the line for them. There's no tribute big enough. To be honest,I've cut down my Domme work severely due to guys wanting too much. At the end of the day this is a job and I want to claim this money and doing lots of Domme work poses risks bc I can't buy a house with GCs and wishlist items. a lot of these sub guys have excuses for fucking years on why they can't do things and need us to do certain things = no. Btw I have family members who are lawyers and creating "contracts" for a "client" can still pose risks to you. Such as...do you really ever want to go to court for Internet domming? Would you like to air your life out for the court while they talk about your adult work? Your client will likely flip the entire story on you while you try and explain if you pay taxes on this "work"?
Its not worth it bc these customers are fickle and adult work is still grey area. Don't let the "money" sway you
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
Nope. Nope. Nope. I do strictly fantasy. I never ever post a dudes personal information on my social media. It is against Twitter's TOS to dox. They will more then likely not recognize this as fetish play and in turn suspend you account. It's usually an automated system that usually does the banning.

Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
Nope, not worth the hassle. All of the evidence is there should there be a lawsuit and it won't be in your favor.
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
Perhaps you could edit the info he gave you. Take the ID and change the info on it, so there is no risk of anyone having his ID number, address, etc. If you are good at photoshop you could probably make it realistic enough that he wouldn't notice right away during the session. Maybe order him to tag himself in the pics instead of you as well.
If it was close enough to real blackmail, I'd think he'd have too much legal power over you.
Re: Blackmail/Exposing Fetish
Thanks for the input everyone! I'm sticking to just fantasy play. The fantasy is usually what's perfect for my current custies and I'm not willing to go outside of my comfort zone, even for someone that has been contacting me for the better part of a year trying to get me to do this to him. And I definitely am not going to put myself in legal trouble for some guy's or anyone else's kinks.
