Payoneer and Daily Pay 5/8/2016
So, I use Payoneer as my payment type through daily pay. However, today I know my payment was sent but it is not showing up in my payment history on Payoneer. Has this happened to any one else today? Any idea what is going on, or if my payment will go through sometime tomorrow, and furthermore, what should I do?

Oh no! My payment went thru as expected today. Perhaps if you haven't already, give Payoneer a call and see what the status is of the payment on their end.

Hmm, well that is slightly reassuring! I guess I will have to call them tomorrow morning as their support is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

How do you know it was sent? Did you get an email alerting you that a payment had been made? You may need to contact your DP Service to assure you were not overlooked.

I messaged Katy Boleyn at 10am making sure I was getting a payment today and she said yes, they are going out in an hour. She never overlooks my payments.

I got an email from them today. I called the *00 # and the automated service said my card was not active and I needed to reissue a new one. I did. Apparently whatever funds were on the card have been transferred to a new card they set up for me to receive nxt week. Maybe that's whats going on w/ your funds? Oddly I haven't eating nor purchased anything with the card at a Wendys?

Damn, that sucks that you didn't even use your card at Wendys and they still cancelled it.
omg I hope they don't do this to me again, really need my card this week. They cancelled my card like that twice, once for Lowe's and once for Jimmy John's breach and it was beyond stupid because nobody charged anything to my card.
The infuriating thing is that they charged me something like $15 for a card replacement and I was unable to get my money for over a week until the new card came.
I wish there was another option than Payoneer but they are the only one that most cam sites use and I do like getting my $ immediately at payday. Some sites I get direct deposit through them but for the ones that do not offer the global bank transfer it's very convenient to get the money on the card immediately.

I know it sucks Laurie. I just checked and the money was transferred; the funds are back and not at zero anymore and hopefully my card will be here in time for my car payment which is due! I knew I should have taken everything out of that card last week../:O:(

This happened to me today too and I freaked out. Did you order the new card and then the money showed in the account? It's still showing me a 0.00 balance but I haven't ordered yet. I said the same exact thing, about withdrawing the cash. SO HAPPY I WENT FOOD SHOPPING YESTERDAY!

Yes I called it in, but Laurie pointed out its happened twice to her and they charged her for a new card which is ridiculously unfair. I got lucky on that part or maybe the rules were changed, b/c it seems absurd to charge people for a new one unless it would entail loss of the card. You know, I can appreciate the company looking out for customers from a probable attack identification, but what a big inconvenience when you need the funds. Well.. learned my lesson, from now on Im taking everything out!

this happened to me a few weeks ago!!! someone in like arkansas or something used my card for " 24 cents" supposedly .. so they shut my card down. While i appreciated them protecting my funds/card.. I had to pay $30 for them to send me a new card asap. if you need to get funds off the card as i did.. call payoneer when you are at the bank/atm and they can temporarily unblock the card until you take off your funds. Then they can block the card again.
Because of the major inconvenience this was for me... I now have two payoneer cards. And I even kept my old one because if i run into an issue where i have lost or someone is trying to commit fraud on my active card.. I can call and have them activate any of the other two. When you call in ask for the first one to be mailed . .confirm shipping address . thank rep and end call. Then call back and order a second card for two day shipping .. confirm address and end call. Once they put in order the order can't be canceled... and always confirm address. Because during this fiasco they sent my card to an address from 3 years ago -__- when i verified the shipping address would be my current and all my info is current on the website.
Payoneer is a pain.

I cussed out payoneer from hell to back because I had rent, car payment, and a few other bills coming out and this was a friday night. The only offered to ship a new card free if i did regular mail .. which takes 3-5 weeks to receive according to them. What pisses me off is payoneer charges fees for everydamn thing.. hell i used my card to pay for a meal today it was $46 .. why is the payoneer charge $53.. how? idk but ill be calling yet again. Payoneer makes bank off of fees im pretty certain they have gotten at least 1,000 since ive been using them.
