Best way to mail panties? and is it illegal?
Hi there
Ive been a camgirl for a couple years now and sell panties on and off through camming, sometimes Im comfortable with selling them other times not as much, more so because I dont know if I can get in trouble for mailing played in panties or not? so sometimes I dont, othertimes I take the risk and mail them out if I really want the cash. I live in Canada B.C and I have no idea or havent come across any law saying its an illegal thing to do but i could be wrong. I just see a huge majority of camgirls/pornstars selling there used panties and I cant imagine it being illegal yet on other searches on the internet i see people saying it is illegal? So im confused.
I like selling panties because I get alot of people wanting to buy them at a high price so its nice for extra income on days I might not or cant cam.
Is it illegal to sell worn panties?
and also, whats the best way to mail them? Ive been told to only use UPS or fedex to mail panties and im not sure why people keep telling me this?
Re: Best way to mail panties? and is it illegal?
it is illegal they are considered biohazard material but camgirls do it all the time just make sure u dont get caught it doesn't happen often the fact u live in canada sort of limits things for you tho due to the whole customs check and stuff. im sure theres way to make it low risk but i dont know much about pantie sales so hopefully someone else can chime in on that
Re: Best way to mail panties? and is it illegal?
Its technically illegal under this statute, but the wording is so insanely vague it would probably be found unconstitutional if it actually went to court. https://www.justice.gov/criminal-ceo...-law-obscenity
More research...there's this: http://abcnews.go.com/US/CrimeBlotter/story?id=91462
- The law hasn't actually been tested for about 15 years it looks like, and a lot of things are sliding now that didn't use to.
- She was only caught because a client went bad and screwed her over.

Mishimishi, selling panties is a legal grey area in which differs from place to place. You must decide if selling panties is right for you. As a panty seller; I really enjoy selling panties to panty lovers but I am aware of the legal troubles that can occur. However, you are Canadian and your laws are different in than the US. So, I would check out Canadian and Canadian provincial laws as a panty seller. Panty sales might not be illegal in Canada. Selling panties is a great side income for me and I make sales every week. I just use UPS to mail my panties and guys love them. :)

We really can't tell you one way or another. None of us I assume are lawyers & have the right to give you legal advise that will protect you in a court of law. While we may have our own experiences or opinions, none of it will help you if the cops show up to arrest you.
Seriously, pay a lawyer fee to know the truth & whether or not it is worth the risk or not.
Keep in mind lots of cases never make it to court & DAs do deals all the time. What girl wants to spend thousands on a lawyer to defend her in a public court room which will make the news with all her REAL information becoming public record. Or does she do a deal & pay fines & court fees. Can't imagine anyone this happening to posting about it on the web either.

It is fine to ship biological specimens through Canada Post as long you use leak proof packaging, as well, it is fine to ship to the USA provided the package is not made from unsanitary wood. Canada Post doesn't specifically refer to vaginal secretions as biological. They do however, mention sperm.(the following is from the Canada Post website):
3.2.1
Mailing to the U.S.A. or an International destination
The United States, among many countries, have begun the enforcement of the international phytosanitary standard for regulated wood packaging material (WPM) (e.g. crates, boxes, and pieces of wood used as supports or bracing). Most WPM must be either heat treated or fumigated with methyl bromide in accordance with the Guidelines and stamped with an approved international mark certifying that treatment. Visit the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures website at http://www.ispm15.com/start.htm for complete details.
The customer must ensure the packaging and wrapping meet all current applicable requirements of the international destination (see the International Destination Listing at canadapost.ca/internationallistings).
3.2.3.3
Liquid and dry patient specimens (human or animal)
Liquid and Dry Patient Specimens are mailable within Canada through the Priority™, Xpresspost™, Expedited Parcel™, Regular Parcel™, Lettermail™ and Business Reply Mail™ services.
Customers must apply the following directives when designing their package:
Patient specimens (human or animal) that have a minimal likelihood of containing infectious pathogens must be packaged appropriately to further minimize the risk of exposure (see International Air Transport Association [IATA] Dangerous Goods Regulations outlined in the IATA Document - Classification of Infection Substances for packaging requirements). Specimens being tested for a contagious pathogen such as HIV or the flu virus are unacceptable. Specimens that are being tested for cancer cells or something similar are acceptable. Exempt human or animal specimens must be packaged and marked according to the following:
a leak-proof primary receptacle
a leak-proof secondary packaging; and
an outer packaging of adequate strength for its capacity, mass and intended use, and with at least one surface having minimum dimensions of 100 mm x 100 mm.
For liquids, absorbent material in sufficient quantity to absorb the entire contents must be placed between the primary receptacle and the secondary packaging. This is done so that, during transport, any release or leak of a liquid substance will not reach the outer packaging and will not compromise the integrity of the cushioning material. When multiple fragile primary receptacles are placed in a single secondary packaging, they must be either individually wrapped or separated to prevent contact between them.
The item must be marked “EXEMPT HUMAN SPECIMEN” or “EXEMPT ANIMAL SPECIMEN”, as appropriate.
If the customer wishes to determine whether their envelope/packaging meets Canada Post’s shipping guidelines, they may submit a sample of the packaging to the following address for testing:
CANADA POST
MAIL STANDARDS AND TESTING
NATIONAL EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING
2701 RIVERSIDE DR SUITE N0625
OTTAWA ON K1A 0B1
Biological specimens that are infectious or contain pathogen cannot be mailed under any circumstances.
TL;DR:
You can mail panties worldwide from Canada.
Re: Best way to mail panties? and is it illegal?
It is illegal. Don't put your address or name anywhere on the package and drop it in a public postal outbox.
In fact not putting your name or address on anything you submit to any men in sex work should be one of your steadfast personal boundaries anyway.
It's a tiny package. Wrap them nicely in tissue like you would a clean garment. The odds of them opening it is slim. The odds of it tearing open and exposing them is slim
Too. Shipping international? Greater chance at inspection. Still low. People buy anabolic steroids and have them shipped via mail and seem to hardly get inspected. You are just shipping a tiny package.
