Instagram "Models" Booking via Social Media
The new wave of bookings through Instagram has me wondering if any I guess, "traditional " escorts are as curious as I am about how profitable it is.
Seems like a high follower count is required, and while its obvious that one might be an escort, the idea is that you're just a "model or companion" and leave everything else to imagination. (so putting up a price sheet, screening info, is a no etc).
Anyone in the IG escorting game?

yeah there are entire websites like tagthesponsor where bitter broke guys "expose" these IG girls by pretending to wanna book them for big $ and asking them to do degrading shit, then posting screen shots. i would be super scared to trust anyone on there.
Re: Instagram "Models" Booking via Social Media
Seems too risky.
Not only is your face, data, and whatnot for the public to see but also it could be easy to get caught up with the bs like girl anachro mentions.
If you do go there its probably better to have a legit manager or someone to help you screen peeps. And have actual modeling gigs to make it more as a real business you are marketing.
Re: Instagram "Models" Booking via Social Media
I use IG.. I always make them go to my website and book there.. screening is required, I do not send exclusive pictures/videos, and if someone I have never met is promising $$$ I request a deposit.. if they do not have it they generally go away!

Instagram Modeling-- Shilling for companies, modeling booking, clothing, & free stuff
Hello there!
I actually did a search for this, and I couldn't find anything related to Instagram modeling. There was one thread, but it wasn't about this exactly.
I'm very interesting in shilling for a couple brands. I'm not really picky, I just want free clothes and maybe makeup. I only wanna shill for ~2-3 companies, subtly, at most. I'd also love to get regular photoshoots for commercial modeling. (I'm curious about it, at least).
Does anyone know how to do this? How did you get started? Is it worth it?
How many followers would someone need to have, in order to get into this?
Also, do I need to lose weight? I'm 5'4", and my measurements are 36 - 26 - 36.

I think to get free stuff you have to have a pretty big following. Companies give them free stuff because they can promote it to their followers
Re: Instagram Modeling-- Shilling for companies, modeling booking, clothing, & free s
I'm not sure how to get into that but from what I've heard you have to have like 10k+ followers. As long as you're pretty, don't obsess over measurements or being a certain dress size. It's all about exposure for these companies and the best way is to get as many as your followers as possible to be interested enough to purchase whatever product you're promoting. That's why so many female celebrities do product promo. The more followers you have, the more likely you are to have companies interested in you as their spokesmodel/brand ambassador type of deal.

It does happen but you need a LOT of followers and a solid internet presence. Instagram alone is not as good as also posting on Facebook and Twitter . Plus there are a LOT of gals wanting to and trying to do the same thing. A LOT. Abigail Ratchford has reportedly been the most successful at doing what you want to do but she has MILLIONS of followers.
If , IF you can get your foot in the door you can get paid and get free merch. Not just based on numbers of followers but looks i.e. how many times per day do your pages get accessed.

Becoming an influencer takes time. It's a good time to get into growing your Instagram following as more and more companies are looking to invest into influencer marketing because it's the most effective and targeted way to get customers.
Put up good content everyday, have good lighting and show your lifestyle in a meaningful way that helps others also. If you want to be an influencer look at the ones you admire and write down the key points that make you love them, then create your own unique content.
There are services that help grow your account with integrity, (I offer such a service, see link to forum post below), they are not necessary to succeed but they certainly help with getting to where you want to be faster.

It's very complicated and everyone's experience tends to be different. For modeling.. there is the fashion agency route, freelance route, and a lot inbetween. About shilling... I know a few models who do it successfully, but they are given the opportunities because they already have built a huge online presence and it's considered a trade for the company's exposure. Even some of these kind of influencers have booking agents that get them products.

It seems difficult to distinguish yourself on IG
Re: Instagram "Models" Booking via Social Media
There are a lot of heavily Photoshopped girls/women on IG just looking to use it as a platform for ads/job seeking. (I know of one who is trying to make money for her extreme sports career & she posts very fake pics.) So a standard escort is dealing with a lot of "fluff" content on there & the guys who lurk have a level of skepticism.

No it's really not to be honest. The key is to know and understand your demographic while playing within the rules. You don't need the huge numbers on Instagram to make money, just relevant followers. Like most platforms its about engagement and at least being able to simulate engagement successfully.
For the person up top who said they're always getting deleted, is it because you were doing things like showing too much skin? Or just straight up nudity? Were you using automation to mimic engagement? They are constantly updating the site to detect this sort of thing. Even the metadata in your pics can trigger the Insta Police. IMO if you're a "Model" looking for prospects, Insta is the way to go. But you have to learn how to play within their rules. >> Instagram And Organic Growth
