Is it time to go? Switch clubs, look, or attitude
Ive switched to a club in my hometown in april and its divey but i make ok money. My earnnings are better sunday- thursday because older custs with money are in.
Idk if in having a hard time accepting bad nights but i notice money has gone down.
There are two girls there that make almost all the money when they are there. They know every cust that makes it rain. They arnet particularly good looking, they arent in shape, they cant dance really. And ive seen the thread about THOSE GIRLS THAT MAKE MONEY AND ARENT ATTRACTIVE.
Im pretty stressed because i can dance my ass off(im an inatructor at a studio), im in shape, hair makeup on point.
Im so irritated.
I wrk hard. MATTR OF FACT...I WRK TO HARD FOR THIS SHIT.
I do need to stop smoking weed b4 wrk, nd i need to stop socializing in the dressing room with the girls.
P.s. the poles at club are made of pvc so i cant even perform like i want to.
I dont like hustling with the other top 2 girls bcuz they are manipulative, stingy, and fake.
Plus most of my big spenders are in detroit
Do i need to switch?
Re: Is it time to go? Switch clubs, look, or attitude
Ok well first stop smoking weed before work if it's affecting you, and stop socializing. That's 2 problems right there.
Second, 'manipulative' and 'fake' will generally make better money than not. Are you there to make money or to feel warm fuzzies because you were 'real' with customers?
Have you liked ANY club you've worked at? Excuse me if I'm wrong but I seem to see you write nothing but threads complaining about the clubs you work in/the industry/etc. Are you sure you're not unhappy with dancing in general and maybe need a long break?

If your burned out what are you gonna lose you if you switch clubs?

Attitude. Pole dancing and good hair are add ons, they don't make or break the stripper, as you are very clearly seeing. It's about how you make guys feel who come in. Study these chicks to see what they're doing right

I understand. Ive danced at only 4 clubs in my career. Some have wrked out better than others but it just seems as if the industry keeps getting harder nd harder or MAYBE ITS ME.
