You have to read the employee handbook and see if it says anything about inappropriate conduct outside of the work place. If it does you really don't have much protection as they can deem almost anything inappropriate or against their corporate culture. If it does not it may be illegal for them to fire you depending on whether or not you live in a right to work state. You wouldn't know unless they fired you and you tried to take them to court or to collect unemployemtn but at that point they would probably claim they fired you for some other reason.
