I have never seen them without a clear bottom, you could probably spray paint them.
They come in solid white and black. At least did. Search for pleaser treasure 701 and 709. They look like normal pleasers but with a hidden compartment. You have to take the shoe off to get to the opening.
The tip jar comes in solid black with dice heels, search pleaser - dice.

These could be fun!
I've had these shoes before. I don't know if anybody else experienced this but they were so uncomfortable. And they didn't get better over time.
Ive heard that they aren't comfy.
If you want a hands free purse option, have you looked into those ankle/wrist wallets? They used to be really popular in my area.
I am not a fan of keeping all of my money in there because I find them time consuming to take on and off but they work as a back up if you don't want to keep money in your locker.

I was just looking at a pair of ankle boots from Pleaser that had a zipper compartment for storing money. I can't remember the name of the exact model right now. I'll edit this post if I can find them.
I saw a clear pr w/black solid opaque bottoms, either amazon or ebay
THESE! Better late than never, right - lol?

These booties have a zipper compartment for money.
I don't see where it says they've a compartment, tho. They are super cute, love the style.
If you look closely (it's easier to see on the white and faux leather styles) there is a zipper compartment by the laces.
Ohhh, I see it now, thanks! Cause they didn't put it in the description. Cool. I always loved that style anyway.
