Screening men before meeting
Ok so does anyone ask for the guys real name before meeting. At first i was on s.a but I'm getting frustrated with trying to meet a sugar daddy im at the point where I'll just escort when im not at the club. So basically I ask for the guys names on s.a and they all flip out. I'm not fucking someone or going in a room alone without screening them? Isn't this protocol for escorts and sugar babies?! I've been trying for a few weeks now, back page is down so I made a cl add. I'm new to all of this and the club's been so slow averaged $200 each shift this week so I'm hurting for money but I'm still not being stupid I'm checking these guys out and so many won't even give their first name it's sketchy as Hell to me. Then most of those guys are so cheap in my area they want to give me $200 a week ha yeah right I'd have to get 5 sugar daddy's a week at that to average my rent even. One guy said I have to rock his world then Hell give me money. Ha okay buddy..if im going to escort I plan on being high end charging 500 an hour. Maybe that's too much idk?! Is 300 more reasonable I'm not low balling myself was looking to go to upscale places tonight maybe. I just don't know where to freestyle and kinda of scared to be alone so i want to be safe.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Use search feature - there's a lot of screening info on the forum already, along with discussions on rates etc.
-
Re: Screening men before meeting
Thank you, it's normal to ask for their names though right?
-
Re: Screening men before meeting
Yeah getting their real name (IF they haven't changed their name) is one way. Remember a man can have a criminal record then change their name so that no one will know their past. If one digs deep enough they prob could figure it out.
Also men with no records doesn't mean they are necessarily safe. So still take precautions and learn some self defense - just in case.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Yes I agree with the above poster, there is tons of advice on this forum that I used to set myself up and cross referenced with the nuggets of info I was able to gather from tumblr.
I personally ask for government names, DOB, and the city the person resides in. Among other things. I am mid range in Washington, DC. I personally never concerned myself with what everyone else does (but this seems to be the norm in my area/range) or how comfortable clients feel giving me that information... I have a day job and make great money and I also value my privacy/safety just as much as a client would so I don't care who complains. For every man that complains there is another man who will give me the info I need for screening with no protest. If I can't tell who a client before I see them, I ask for more information.
I think it's all about where you are, how you present yourself, where you are advertising, and how you ask for the information. Everyone's situation is different.

Re: Screening men before meeting
I had one the other day that told me "fuck off cop" after I asked for the screening info... I was like "IF I was a cop Id be MUCH more interested in getting you to agree to something stupid like sex for $$$ right??? AND thats not at all what Im talking about right?" He came back with a pic of his DL and he was a good client =) Its frustrating turning so many away but Ive raised my rates and with a website here in a small town I feel like I just cant take any chances...
-
Re: Screening men before meeting
AH- LOL @ Fuck off cop, then sending you his DL pic..oh jeez... good that he turned out to be a good client though!
I ask for real name, email, phone, residing city/state any board / verification affiliations, then I research him thoroughly. If I cant find anything I'll also ask for work info and screen that...I only tend to need that for international guys though. I dont ask for copies of id though...from my internet research alone, I already know what he looks like and who should be on the other side of the door..heck, I probably also know what his dog looks like and what he had for breakfast. Yay internet.
Anyway yeah, lots of info if you do a search here for screening, and also for freestyling.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Don't meet in person with any man who refuses to show his government issued ID. Last year I had a guy scream at me on the phone for 10 minutes because I put off our regular date.
Facebook later revealed he had a felony record for domestic violence. The guy was a drunk rageaholic. I seriously missed getting my face punched in some parking lot because I knew I wasn't gonna fuck him on the first date.
Protect yourself.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Well I never give even a regular date my address, I'll have them meet me at a bar by my house for a drink or at the very least at a gas station... If it's a client I tell them I'll need to see an ID when we meet anyway... I get full name, age, city state, email, phone, and usually when they text the first thing I'll ask is if their in town, send a pic and then I'll get a pic... Then I'll give them a link to my website and ask them to fill out my screening page or they can just take a pic of their DL and send it to me. It's been surprising how many will just do that but some wont and thats fine as long as I get the other info... But by the time they meet me I usually have their address and I'll just take a quick glance at their ID to confirm its him then if he seems OK we go to my place or wherever the outcall is... If a guy mentions anything explicit or sends me dick pics I tell him I have no idea what your talking about and Im done talking to him... (LOL wtf are they thinking anyway sending a Hoe dick picks like I'll be impressed by the little worm LOL) I find the pic helpful because Ive been able to find good info on google reverse image search... And Id never meet anyone without a pic anyway...

Re: Screening men before meeting
Yup..the key is to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable...and as one goes along, that will change. Like, when I first started, there was no way, no how I would meet a guy without references and not at all newbie friendly...let someone else take one for the team cause it wont be this girl! But....a lot has changed, and I found myself having more and more trust in my own ability to screen, to the point that I have even started seeing newbies...who I now absolutely love because they arent tarnished by the hobbyists mentality.
funny story about references and newbies though..once, a guy filled out my screening form, and for references he put in work references...his current and former supervisors name, email, the company and he also included a personal reference of a friend he did some business with...with a request to be discreet when I contact them. I was SO confused and also amused when I got it..went ahead and checked out all the info and went ahead and met him. When I told him that by references, I meant other ladies hes seen, not work references..he got so red in the face he was so embarrassed...!!! I was the very first lady hed ever seen, and the only references he ever knew of were work references, so thats what he sent. He turned out to be a super sweet guy and we did a travel date together, so that turned out really well.
If that tells you anything...dont ever doubt the amount of control you have to do whatever it takes to be as safe and comfortable as possible. Guys will be willing to send you whatever information you need. And...probably way more than you need in some cases lol Another thing though, i have met guys who told me they will not see a lady who has little to no screening process, because that makes him worry that she doesnt care much for her personal safety. And I can tell you, a guy like that, who understands this is a risky job and expects us to look out for ourselves is exactly the type of guy we want to meet.
-
Re: Screening men before meeting
I just turned one who said he wasn't comfortable giving out that info... I just told him I understand completely but who is more at risk here? Im the one advertising after all, you're coming to my house, and if your concerned about me having your information I can delete it right in front of you... If he cant do that I don't want to see him anyway... He checked out fine and Im seeing him later today =)

Re: Screening men before meeting
Let the men tell it they are the ones at risk cause they're wives might find out. Or a rogue escort could fork over their contacts list. I still think the women are the ones that have more to risk (career damaging felonies, serial killers who target sex workers, social stigma, etc)

Re: Screening men before meeting
Thank you so much ladies, i now know this is just a normal thing to do. I literally had no luck finding a guy who would even give me his last name smh. One guy told me I sound like a cop. I won't get desperate and say fuck it I have the club to fall back on!
-
Re: Screening men before meeting
As an escort this is a screening hack I relied on- always pay for the room & be willing to scream for Security if things with your client start to take an unwanted turn. Most decent hotels have security cameras AT LEAST in the hallways & usually always in the Lobby area. Most guys no matter how fucked in the head they are, do not want public scrutiny & possible arrest. If you end up calling security it's he said/she said & the worst possibility for most escorts will be having to call it day $$$ wise & not book at that hotel again.
Keep in mind hotels eject drunks, druggies, loud partiers and people destroying hotel property. Security is for all of those issues, so you having a "lover's quarrel" with your "boyfriend" is barely going to get side-eye from them.

Oh I just noticed some of the guys you're asking are from s.a. And I will say I've heard (depending on your area) that many of those guys are shiesty af. That could explain why they won't give you their real name so they can hide behind a veil of anonymity - which is concerning if you're one on one with them and something goes wrong.
Keep looking and keep your standard high. I hear it takes a bit of time to get reliable roster of clients.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Seeking Arrangement seems to be full of socially retarded suburban dads & computer geeks who have only imagined some of the things they want to do with you. There are a few ethical guys on there but they are the minority.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Have you guys use Escort pin? I am new to the scene, haven;t had a date yet but did a quick search for screening clients and this came up

Never heard of it... Took a look and from what I can see in the Guides area is suspect. Looks like all of the articles are advice to hobbyists about how to meet and be with escorts...yet, this site is supposed to be an escort resource?
Quote:
What To Expect
"DO EXPECT her to check your i.d. carefully. She does not want to get busted. Don't be surprised if she asks you to take off pants and shorts to expose your penis. She thinks that will prove you aren't a cop (although it really doesn't). DO expect to feel like a clumsy idiot standing there half-naked! # DO EXPECT her to turn and leave if you use any specific words ....."
READ THE FULL GUIDE ( Members only )
WTF?! I'd take a total flying pass on this one. Looks like something some guy threw up on the internet with zero clue what we do to screen and protect ourselves.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Woah...just saw their verification process to approve escorts to use the site :O
Quote:
Verification Process
1) PIN code creation
Create a personal escort PIN code on our site, it should consist of 5 to 8 digits - this will be the pin code you'll enter when
calling protcted numbers or entering protected websites. Choose something that you'll remember easily.
2) Name verification
In this step we'll verify your name, we'll transfer you to a secure site and do what's called a Test Authorization of
$1, this will only be accepted if you entered your real name. The authorization will disappear within 24 hours and will never
be shown on your statement.
3) Sex offender check
We'll check your details in a national sex offender registry. Currently this list contains more than 43.481 offenders.
Should we find you listed then we'll have to decline your application.
4) Blacklist check
Your details will be checked against a national blacklist with bad incidents filed by escorts. This might not be 100% accurate
but again, should we suspect a listing then we'll decline your application.
5) Government check
We're checking your details againt a list of know agencies, addresses and names or any other suspicious data - should anything
appear then we'll decline your application.
6) Approval
When your EscortPIN has been approved you'll be noticed by email and you're then able to access the protected phone
numbers and websites. This process should take less than 5 minutes.
No. No. and HELL NO.

Re: Screening men before meeting
One tip I've found very helpful to verify an address is your states voter registration website... At least here in my state first/last name and DOB gets the party affiliation and their address =)

Yup!!!
Intelius is awesome too.

Re: Screening men before meeting
Ohh thats a great tip! I always check property records, but that only works if they own their home.
-
Re: Screening men before meeting
Your local court records too.
Here we have I believe 3 courts so run the name through each of them. You will find if they have criminal record, civil records, custody/divorce records, etc.
If they have a common name it helps to have their middle name or birthday/age.
