Blsck girl in white club hustle
I dumped the dive i was working and finally tried deja vu because my friend has been begging me to come work there. I thought i wouldnt get hired because im thick but very toned. I finally went got hired on spot, signed a contract, and i made money girls. I made wat i would make on a GOOD night at my dive. This means this is where i need to be. I really didnt approach anyone and i made good money on stage, and i sold one 2 for 30 dance. I was scoping out the hustle the lay out etc. I like that there are no tvs nd no extra distractions. So i KNOW men are there to spend.
Only thing is i need help with adjusting my hustle.
1. I need to start talking a little more proper
2. I need to pipe down on the booty shaking
3. Learn how to sell vips and dances
4. I need to be less (hood) aggressive.
Can you guys help me with dealing with caucasian men and how to approach them because alot of them were telling me i had a nice body, im sexy but they seemed intimidated. But im intimidated by them lol.
Also selling vips nd getting them to get up to go to the dance booth because theres no dancing on the floor
Im up for the challenge because i see the earning potential.

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
I find that if the white guys think they have something in common with you, they will warm up. ((They are looking at us like were aliens.)) Ask what they do for hobbies work etc and seem really interested and try to relate it to something you also like to do. Make them feel like they are the coolest guy on earth and really funny. Smile a lot, flirt with eyes etc. If you have a nice butt, then keep shaking it! CHances are they don't see much booty shaking besides TV, so they will be surprised and interested. Most of these white guys are already stereotyping and fetishizing, so just go with it and make $$ off of their ignorance. But you have to kind of find a balance. For example I found that dancing to rap music was too much for most of them. I have had the most luck with dancing to rock music ( I live in an area where that's really popular), and the white guys will generally think they have something in common with me right away when they see me on stage. Also gives a good convo topic.
It can be tiring, but its money. I find that not being pushy for privates helps a lot. I mention it and let them think it's "their choice" while using my body language to convince them otherwise. When they think I don't need them to give me $$, then they usually give it. Doesn't work for all, but it works often. ...this is kind of sad to type. :D:O

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Ok im gonna use this tonight!!! Im at wrk now so im gonna employ these tactics ive read and come up with.
Im gonna try to be confident (a little bitchy) more smiley, slow ans sensual on stage.
Open ended questions to close sale/ask for dance:
1. Lets go in the back and talk/cuddle/massage/rub all on my ass/etc
2. My ass is super soft and im ready for you to rub on it
3. When i guy says yes to a dance ill ask "where would you like it? In the booth or in the back where ita quiet nd private"
4. Thick girls do it best, now let me show u in the back
5. Im horny nd im ready to show u my pussy
6. Let me get your dick hard

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
In my area, the guys would assume that I would be fucking them or at least sucking dick if I said those things. I think its easier to be straightforward and say whats really going to happen...you get naked or topless and give a lapdance. In the area I live, the guys assume that all black girls give extras(many African girls come here as escorts and work at massage parlors), so a lot are already surprised when I don't do them while in the private room. So if I say anything that makes them think that, they will get mad/annoying/super grabby, and at the least wont tip me afterwards cuz they expected more. If you don't mind that handsy stuff, then have at it! BUT I did work with this one black girl who would say "Do you wanna see a black pussy?" and that seemed to work for her. She was also super pushy and made a ton of money just because she worked the intimidation factor. A lot of the younger white guys liked to be bossed around by a sexy black woman. For the other guys, she would literally sit there and ask for drinks and privates over and over again until the person got sick of saying no. She didn't get repeat customers but she banked! I guess you could take a combo of my way and her way depending on what vibes the guys give you. Or do one or the other. I am naturally a more easy going person, but if you're naturally more aggressive maybe her way would work better if you don't mind scaring off a few guys. I feel like there should be a thread on how to handle the different types of white guys at white clubs...and also how to handle the white girl dancers. Ive been dancing in all white clubs (I have only danced with 1 black girl, and know of maybe a few others in the area at other clubs) for almost 3 years and it has been complete hell at times, and other times fun as hell. But I'm thinking a lot also depends on the area you live in. Okay that was a lot of typing!

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Why are you intimidated? They are humans just like you. Idk. I personally don't think about the race thing.
And you don't have to dance to rock music if you don't want to. White people love all kinds of music not just rock. Hell I went to a concert the other day a white band and I'm like prepared for them to start playing rock or some classical but they bust out with some soulful R and B and the all white crowd was dancing along, I'm like wtf?!? And they were good. Dude sounded like John Legend no lie. It's Just the older guys don't like hardcore rap as much as the younger generation.
Idk. While there is a subset of racial fetish men, I just don't think the majority of men are that focused on the dancers race. They are simple minded. Their brain is like "hmmm pretty woman must get her attention".

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Well I'm glad you never had to experience racism fetishization and not making any money at your club until you figure out how to tone yourself down for white men to spend money on you. I'm glad white men have never looked at you differently.
I also said IN MY AREA a lot because I live in a Nordic country that has a huge obsession with rock music and 99% of the men I have met like rock music here. I have never seen a black man in the clubs here in 3 years. I have only seen a few Indian men a couple times. This is an extremely white area and the clubs are very very white. This advice is coming from my experience. Men here literally have never talked to a black woman. Business men don't understand that the N word is a racial slur. I repeatedly said MY AREA so that it would be understood that I mean the white men IN MY AREA. Of course men from every race like many different kinds of music. I'm not an idiot. When I danced to rap music in the beginning, literally all te men in the clubs would turn away and stop watching me. This happened too many times until I figured I should dance to music that they probably know. And it worked. They probably know this music because it is very popular IN MY AREA.
Yes, white men are humans just like us black girls. BUT a lot of white men don't look at us like that. If you have never experienced this, you are either white, white passing, or a very lucky black girl. This is a thread for black girls who need help making money talking to white guys. not to debate about who sees color and what concerts you've been too.
And every man who has ever talked to me in the club has been white and has mentioned my race. They will bring it up to me almost immediately. This might be different in other areas, but I felt like this was at thread I could give good advice on because I work with almost only white men. Pretending like race in the club doesn't exist helps no one. Why would there be huge threads here just for clubs that hire black dancers??? This isn't in our heads. Racism is not in our heads.
I'm not saying that because you are white you like rock music. I'm saying that IN MY AREA most guys are white and like rock music and turning to dance to rock music has made me way more money. Even now when I put on the fucking Weeknd, guys lose interest in me. Young and old guys! IN MY AREA! This isn't in my head. 3 years of this shit and you want to tell me it doesn't exist?

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Kudos, glad it's working for you.Sometimes we just have to spread our wings & try something different. From my experience alot of white men fetishize black women, alot of them are stereotypical, & intimidated too so be the opposite of what they'd ASSUME you to be like.I was working this club which was kind of in between urban & class kind of but got quite some white custies. They're quite intimidated for some reason of black women, especially if you're a HOT or really beautiful BLACK woman{they say that alot}. I would always get stares or they'd tell the manager {who was white} that they'd like my company. So I'd say.....
1.Keep a smile on & look welcoming
2.Make sure to ALWAYS wear colors that are bright & pop {looks amazing on our skin-tone & no-one can miss you}
3.Be friendly & Fun
3.Don't be too pushy, let everything flow
there's more but I'm still half asleep lol

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Huh?!? My post was in response to the OP not yours.
My point about the concert was that white people are increasingly becoming consumers (not to mention artists and producers) of music genres such as rap, trap, r&b, dubstep, electronics, hip hop, etc.
Even artists like lil Wayne says he has a large white audience. So what I'm saying is forcing yourself to like/dance to rock when hell perhaps just perhaps some of your white customers might not even like rock is all I'm saying. Or if they like rock and you're dancing to Weeknd they don't care in that moment because they are just there to have a good time and check out pretty women.
Plus the ones who sit around and complain they can't get dances because of The Weeknd (Pop music from a man who sounds racially ambiguous) is playing are time wasters anyways.
Also If you carefully read what I said.....I said there is a SUBSET of men will treat you like a fetish. So I acknowledged her issue. I'm not trying to minimize anyones experience and there are true deviants and prejudice people out there. Trust I've encountered my fair share of prejudice people and supremacists but it's literally was not on my radar every hour of every shift. Why would I give those fuckers any of my mental energy?
Like if I had to quantify it I'd say maybe 10%, or less, of my customer base verbalized what seemed to me like a fetish of women outside their race/culture. And yes about 70% of my customers were white. And no they never complained about my music selections. They know the dancer will use the music she likes to help get her in the mood.
I don't deal with prejudice people in or out the club (and I would never subject myself to working in a club that encouraged prejudice behavior) so it's rarely a topic of focus for me.
Of course I'm not saying prejudice and racial supremacy doesn't exist but what I am saying is that it's possible to perpetuate the prejudice you don't want through your own confirmation biases and generalizations that you have about white men......

I will say as far as hustling white men I'd just be aware of the ones that engage in extended eye contact are the ones I'd approach.
Sometimes it's not easy knowing which ones are open to a dancer outside of their race and which once aren't but even then I don't focus too much on the race thing. We may chat about it briefly like where are you from what's your ethnicity type deal then move to the next topic and close the deal.
If they say anything that sounds like they are prejudice or a supremacist then I get as much money from them they are willing to spend and quickly ditch them for better customers because I don't want their negativity to rub off on me.

Thanks for that. I needed that. The demographics of the club is like 70% white, 20% mexican/latino, 10% other race.
I find that most white guys are as you described and the other races are pretty open.
I do need to be less aggressive and more proper in the way i speak to the white clientele mostly since they make up most of the clientele.
I will use a combo of both u tried.
And sorry if i gave the wrong impression of how i talk or closer/opener lines. Im not trying to promise something like extras but i just want to be interesting and/or catch their eye. Plus every dance booth, vip room ahs cameras so 99% of the guys know. Ive only had one openly ask me. I said no i dont do extras and he still paid me $100 for 5 3 min dances.
P.s. off subject but i do really like this clu. Because guys dont touch u.

-
Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
^^^youll know based on how they make you feel and the comments coming out of their mouth.
They will be talking non stop about racial stereotypes, try to make you work harder but pay you less than white dancers, use weird ass pet names maybe even racial slurs (one woman in this forum said a customer kept calling her "chocolate"), try to touch your hair or ask hella questions about your hair, etc....
One common thought among the racial fetish men who go after black women is that they think black women are sexual freaks/objects for their own pleasure so they might test you by being extra grabby, insisting you go home with them for sex, etc.
Some people have very thick skin and can handle the fetish type men as long as they're getting paid really well. I personally didn't have time for them and you couldn't pay me to deal with that. But to each her own.
Look for the customers who make you feel good and spend money. Hopefully it goes as well as you anticipate.

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Anybody with average intelligence over elementary school age knows what a racial slur is. The racial fetish men testing you to see if you're down with that. If you are then definitely charge extra if you're not then avoid them at all cost.

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Hey Fallyn_love,
I could my two cents in when talking about what signs to look for in customers who fetishize you. If you want to know if a guy is into raceplay, then he will start talking about your skin tone, hair, black women's behavior, and other things. For example, he will call you weird pet names such as Chocolate, Coco, honey pussy and other racial insensitive things. He will asked if you ever seen or had white dick before. (Saying that you kissed a few white guys before can stop white dick questions. However, they might try to kiss you in the club but don't let them) They will ask if black men are bigger than them. He will try to "pet" your hair and say odd things about it. Some will ask if you enjoyed racial stereotypical foods as well. They will try to talk to you like you are just going to submit to their will they are white. By the way, raceplayers can be cheap to black dancers and want to pay you less based on different factors. Also, they will make you work harder for dances and/or have you sit all night with them for like 250 ( Actually, an ex- blue member on here named November _Scopio did this to all women of color and talked about it on here. He even said that he paid black dancers hundreds of dollars less compare to white dancers.) My suggestion is to avoid raceplayers in the club or charge them extra for everything ;)

Omg this thread made me remember that guy and interesting you brought it up. He sure did say the most ridiculous stuff I have no doubt he was a real annoying fucker in the club. So glad stripper web banned his ass.
Yes just search November Scorpio if you want to know what a racial fetish "man" is like. I'm sure his posts are still up. He would purposely seek out disadvantaged women (women a bit overweight, single moms, etc) and women of color because in his sick mind he thought he could get away with being a cheap disgusting perv.

Here is some his posts:
https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sh...17#post2929217
https://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sh...03#post2919003
Let me highlight his weird racial and sexist statements:
November_Scorpio: " I stay away from the top girls in the clubs a lot of times just because their looks and the demand(a ton of guys tipping her on stage) according to the laws of supply & demand causes her prices to skyrocket. I don't need a knockout to get me off, a stripper with just average looks will do the trick and save me money. I can get pretty good deals in the clubs and thus go to the clubs more frequently too by hunting down girls who have a low supply of customers compared to top girls and have a few things that would deter some guys. She might be a little heavy, or too skinny, or in her 30's, have a scar, be black or Latino(white girls seem to get all the attention it seems). Her looks are not that important to me, I have an ideal body type I like but I tend to go after cheaper girls instead. A stripper who is in her 30's and 50 lbs overweight can still get me off very easily in lap-dances by grinding me and I still will be very sexually attracted to her even if she is 50 lbs over weight. I tend to be highly sexually attracted too all kinds of women, doesn't take much in the looks department for me to get stiff in the pants. I tend to get sexually excited extremely easily, it doesn't take much in the looks department for me to get a stiffy in the pants simply by looking at a woman."

Yes see i would have no problem with them. I would milk them and play a little ignorant back.
Im still getting comfy at my new club.
I noticed black, older men (mostly biracial), mexican/latino/etc. Vibe better with me. Some white mdn like to talk to me like im stupid then they get surprised when i walk off on them.
-
Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
Like i said im used to working in urban clubs nd having to be more aggressive. One thing i will do is walk away from custs based on if they hint toward not spending.
For example, a guy tipped me 10 dollars on stage. After my stage set i went over to him...
Me: hey how are you? Im gonna keep u some company since your the funnest guy in the club (i said something like that)
Him:ok cool
....after a quick convo...
Me:lets go to a booth so i can earn those ones u have
Him:this is all the money i have, i just came for the show
Me: ok, u enjoy the rest of ur night (walk away)
Its either they get/want dances from right away or they dont. I know everyone is like duuuh thats how its supposed to be....wait, i think i answered my own question NVM LMAOOO
I also have a friend that wrks with me nd i need to b like her nd take my feelings out the shit bcuz my earning potential is higher here i just need to become numb to taking a guy for all he has. I did good last wednesday. This guy was immedietly interested in me and he opened his wallet to buy me a drink nd i saw he had a shit ton of 20s in it. I took for all 200, and i made him go back to the atm for more
-
Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
I can also tell who is my clientele based on who the other girls avoid

I'm excited for you. I love hearing stories where people step out of their comfort zone. I love how you say that you "play dumb" LOL sometimes in this game that's the best way to go. I think you'll do just fine. :)

Re: Blsck girl in white club hustle
I'm a black dancer and honestly in the club I love race fetishising. I make a lot of money from it so if I sense a guy is like that I'll play it up.
Obviously outside of the club I would run away from anyone I thought was fetishising me lol.
