Re: Setting your own prices?
I'd sell them as high as I can go. For a long time sold them any price we wanted - $40 a song but never below $25. Till dumb asses misogynistic new managers made us charge flat fee of $25 and put prices everywhere and had the audacity to threaten to reprimand us if they found out we sold them higher.
Luckily it was dark and most dudes were drunk and never paid attention to the club flyers.
So most dancers were like fuck that and we sold time blocks which amounted to roughly the same price we sold $40 dances to if they were stacked
Me personally I'd charge on the medium high to high end range on whatever most other dancers are doing - too many drunks and druggies and late nights and loud music and chain smoking and busted knee caps from stage side mesmerizing twerk sessions to be out here lowballing myself.
*oh to answer your last question. I would just think in percentages. A percentage will complain and refuse but another percentage will be down and willing to pay your requested prices.
*and as long as you provide them with quality and value then they won't complain or feel bait and switched so to speak. Usually it's when the guys feel robbed by a bait and switch dancer that they go running to the manager complain about prices.
Re: Setting your own prices?
I do $40 for a topless dance, $60 for nude with no touching and $80 for nude with touching + tip. Starting dance prices are $30-40 per song at my club. $80 dances are my most popular dances
Re: Setting your own prices?
I love the idea of setting your own dance prices as long as there is a minimum price. Dances where I'm at are full nude (although I make them get a few songs before the panties go), 2 way contact and only $20. I feel like us dancers are getting ripped off for that price. With the majority of customers being locals and familiar with pricing (and what some girls are willing to do for $20) it's pretty much impossible to charge more. I'd never get any dances upcharging, we actually have some girls that do discounted dances *SMH*.
However, on my last little strip trip I was in clubs with $10 floor dances and charged $20. Hardly anyone said anything about it.
