Here's what I do:
I sometimes work in a club that has a $20 VIP entry fee for the guy & a minimum $20/song, but otherwise we are essentially free to charge as we wish... if money is taken up front, management will back us up if we walk out of it... so basically it's like making our own room prices. Contact is high but no extras.
Being a logical person, I am inclined to use the 'increased value' type of sales pitch. When dances come up, I say "We can do a half hour for $200, 15 minutes for $120, or $25/song". I've then made it more appealing for them to pick the pricier options (since it works out to less per song). I tell them I time it on my phone so that they get more time than if we counted songs "because the DJ cuts songs at 2.5 mins". Stuff like that.
You'll get accustomed as well to what type of questions guys tend to ask in that club & you'll probably develop automatic responses - "What do I get?" "You get a naked lady rubbing all over you!" "What can I touch?" "The fun parts, duh!" That last one is just vague enough that I can still smack their hand off my thong & say "Not there though, silly!"
