Confidence is everything.
I'm Arizona based and haven't danced for about a year, and even when I did I was a newbie so my hustle isn't really set in place. I KNOW confidence is absolutely everything and if you feel it, you'll radiate it. What do you ladies do to give yourself a little confidence boost? I'm looking to go back to dance but I know that I need to work on my hustle and not be so reserved and worried about the other women at the club.
Thanks in advanced.

You gotta walk, look, act, and talk like you're the hottest fucking thing in the club. I make sure my hair, makeup, and outfit look on point. Up your flirting game. When I talk to customers and get a feel for them, I convince myself that I am authentically attracted to them, even when I'm truly not. It's actually the money I'm thinking about that I'm truly attracted to, not them. But it works, because they pick up on my vibes and think that I actually have a thing for them. lol
But yeah, you gotta know you're hot shit. Practice twerking in the mirror. Walk around in your stripper heels. Put on some sexy club music in your house before you leave for work, and picture walking around like Jessica Rabbit and making men drool as you glide sexily and gracefully past them. Look up makeup and hair tips on youtube. Get some floor work and/or pole work moves nailed down.
Talk to every guy in the club as if he's already your fuck buddy. "Hey baby, how are you doing tonight?" *big warm smile*

Reading this literally made me lol. I love it. I think I just need a routine to get into the groove of everything! And find someone (maybe Jessica rabbit lol) or someone else that is a sex symbol and learn to embrace my sexiness hahaha.

Yes, I agree I always acted like a bit of a snob; a tiny, tiny bit "stuck up" but not rude to the point that I acted like I was better than people, just a priss. I had the look to pull it off so it was part of my character. I guess.

Yesssssss, always make sure you look hot as fuck!! Take care of your body by eating well, don't drink a lot or smoke. Health is literally wealth. The better you feel inside, physically and mentally and emotionally, the more confident you will be and you won't have to fake it! When you know you are hot shit, rejection doesn't bother you and you sell faster and more efficiently. Take very good care of yourself!! Find little ways to love yourself, or learn how if you don't. I used to hate myself, it has taken me years to learn how to love and respect myself by listening intuitively to my body and my emotions and my thoughts. Pay attention to the thoughts you think, about work, about yourself, it takes practice, but eventually you will catch yourself thinking things that aren't conducive to positive personal health and wellbeing and you can learn how to change the thoughts organically (not with 'affirmations', those don't work unless you 100% believe them subconsciously).

Fake it til you make it. Shoulders back, chin up.
For me I find a certain type of walk and scanning the room with a purpose, making eye contact, helps set up the type of interaction I want to have with customers before we're even talking. It looks confident and helps you stand out. Everyone has a different sort of persona but lots of eye contact is always good.

Plastic surgery and a gym membership.
Re: Confidence is everything.
What everyone else said so far. I guess its true that confidence 'comes from within' but 99% of my confidence comes from how I look lol. If I get a pimple or I ate too much and feel fat I don't go to work. I do work alot though so I'm generally taking really good care of myself. I workout, go tanning, whiten my teeth, get skin treatments done, extensions + highlights, etc. so I'm usually always ready to go to work. Like right now I'm sitting at home in my waist trainer and eating light because I'm working later tonight.
Other than my appearance listening to music helps amp me up and boost my confidence. I mostly get ready at home but when I get to work I don't like to just jump right in. So I listen to music while I touch up my makeup or hair or whatever in the dressing room.
I also like to keep the mindset of "I am going to make a LOT of money tonight". I remind myself of that while I'm walking the floor or if I'm taking a break because it's slow. That helps me keep my confidence up and in a good mood.

When I feel things aren't in order at home, I'm a nervous wreck & refuse to go in to work! I always make sure my home is in order, I have plenty of gas & everything is in its place before I can go to work. That helps me tremendously.
Toes done, spray tan, hair done & make up done before I get to work. I always try my outfit on at home if I've never worn it before just to make sure everything fits right & I feel sexy in it.
I get to work, get dressed, get on the floor. Stand up straight, maybe have a cocktail, shoulders back, smile on my face & I tell myself that these men have money in their pockets for me..& I go get it :)
