Re-Auditioning/Interviewing? Is it rude?
Okay, so I made a lot of ridiculous newb mistakes at my first club interview. This is the only club in the area that CAN hire me (it's the only 18+ club within an 8-hour-drive radius and I don't turn 21 until January).
Mistakes I made: Didn't come prepared to dance (they said they generally have interviewees work the night of the interview, but I didn't know), didn't have two forms of ID (only had one, they need two to hire you I guess), bra and panties didn't match AT ALL (no excuse for that shit lol), and they said my buzz cut would "work against" me (I knew I was going to need wigs eventually, but I didn't think it'd be the difference between being hired and completely blown off).
If I come in actually prepared with my shit together, will they think I'm needy/rude/annoying for re-attempting the interview?

Nah girls re audition all the time. The club didn't say "don't come back" they gave you some constructive criticism, you fixed it so there's no reason to not try again.
Re: Re-Auditioning/Interviewing? Is it rude?
Go back now you're better prepared. I've auditioned at one club that told me to come back once I toned up, I did and got hired. Another told me to get dance lessons, but I think she was probably trying to tell me to get some exercise without hurting my feelings. Once again, spent some time at the gym, went back and was hired.
Re: Re-Auditioning/Interviewing? Is it rude?
The first three are pretty much non-issues: two pieces of ID and being prepared to work right away aren't common knowledge if you've never danced before, and while matching bra and panties are nice, not matching isn't a big deal and you certainly wouldn't not get hired over that. Unless they gave you a straight up no, then the last one isn't much of an issue either -- though it probably wouldn't hurt to show up looking like how you plan to look when you work (ie. wearing a wig). Meaning, go back already and good luck!

Go back with everything they asked! They will learn 2 things about you. 1. you listen to instructions and 2. you're determined (at least to some degree).
Re: Re-Auditioning/Interviewing? Is it rude?
Just go back with everything ready. Dancing is usually a very fast moving process ( show up / get hired / work same day ). Most of us HATE having to wait to work after getting ready ( you'll see whining about this in other posts if it happens ).
