Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Theres a girl at my club who brings blow to work every night and gets VIPs left and right doing so. She also keeps them up there the entire night pretty easily, since no ones going to want to part with the blow after only 30 minutes lol. I know this because I've seen her do it (the VIP is private, but not THAT private). My friend has seen her do it as well, so I'm guessing a good handful of the girls know.
I'm wondering how common this is? Do you think the club knows shes doing this and just overlooks it since shes bringing in lots of $$ or probably has no idea? She's worked there for a few years so I cant imagine no one in the staff has noticed, but its easy to be discreet with it I guess.
I'm just wondering how common this is, if these girls eventually tend to get caught etc. I'm proud of myself for usually leaving with the same amount of $$ as her but I have seen her run off to VIP with guys I was with earlier in the night and it does piss me off, since I know the real reason theyre blowing the rest of their $$ on her.

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
That's definitely a culture at clubs I've worked at. Very common in NYC. In the clubs where it's culture, management seems to not care and in some instances even the hosts hook customers up with it. If the club you're working at isn't drug-friendly like I described, she could get caught and fired eventually. But if she's been there for a while she has probably tipped and made nice with the right people so they look away

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Watch them snorting crushed up altoids instead.

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Request this song while she's in VIP room. Lol.
I'm kidding.
But yeah it sucks to see Bubbles using coke to gain an unfair advantage. All I know is not all customers trying to be coked out at the club.

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
I think this is something we shouldn't discuss.
Nor do I tell other people's business.
You live longer that way.
What I did do when I worked at clubs is minded my own business & worked at my own legal hustle of getting dances.

I would never rat this person out or give her name to the forum, and I agree minding ones own business at work is essential. My gossipy friend pointed it out to me one day and then I noticed it was true, made me wonder if this is super common or not

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Maybe the thread can be moved to ladies only if talking about it openly is a problem. But if you have a legitimate concern it would be helpful to actually talk about and what better place to do that than stripper webs.
If you don't feel safe there maybe you can change clubs?
If people want to do illegal shit it's not fair to those who are following the laws. If a raid goes down again everyone there is at risk.
And from what I've seen the laws are posting names and faces of people caught up in raids. If you want anonymity and to be free from legal issues, it's not safe to work a club with non discrete illegal activity going down.
Common? Idk. All I know is when people (like more than a couple dancers) are blantantly open with their "extras" it's time to weigh the options.
Have you checked reviews of your club? If people run their mouth too much (like customers bragging they got d-rugs in the club) it could make the club hot again.

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Ok,^ that's all fine and good, but what if the place gets busted? Especially if they've had previous probs before everyone will get dragged in regardless?
I meant what Sam said, btw

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Oh. Okay. The op didn't list her club or city so the members wouldn't know I don't think?

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Any IP Address can be found, anyone can be found from the web. Even the dark web the Gov will track down people who know stuff. There is some stuff you dont talk about anywhere unless you are talking to the proper authorities.
There is NO such thing as anonymous on the web. If you know of anything illegal, they see it as your responsibility to report it to the proper authorities.
I don't work in clubs anymore, but if I could see that shit. Immediately, I'd find a new place to work the very next day.

I guess I didn't think it'd be a huge risk to post since there is lots of talk about escorting, competing with extras etc going on in this forum, if the authorities did decide to pursue something on here. I do see your point though. The money is really good and I would hate to leave but fortunately I work lots of different clubs and travel dance quite often so it wouldn't be a huge loss in the long run if I took your advice and left the club

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Escorting is legal in several countries.
Working at the brothels in a few counties in Nevada are legal too.
I don't assume everyone on here who talks about it are from the U.S. :)
I've never told anyone how to give extras or anything illegal. Always have stated the reviews on TER & such are stupid & one day will bite people on the ass. Why not just go down to the police station & give a written statement as far as I am concerned in such matters.
Can't recall where anyone told others to go work at a club where extras were going on at either, but warned them not too.
If you don't think certain agencies don't keep tabs here & many other forums & boards, then you would be mistaken.
I cam & don't break the rules or laws. :) Not trying to be mean to you, but realize just because other may do it. Doesn't mean it is wise. Think about stuff before writing it down anywhere.
Law states if you know about illegal activities & have proof you have to report it. Otherwise it is heresay & gossip. I don't gossip about other people's business.

I have checked reviews of the club, and there are one or two reviews that could make the club at risk again. Damn TUSCLers lol. Thanks though for recognizing it is a legitimate issue, and if moving the thread helps then maybe thats what should be done. It's one of my all time favorite clubs I've worked in terms of setup, money etc so walking away would be very difficult

Just to clarify, I am well aware that escorting is legal in certain places. I also dont recall anyone telling other girls to go work at an extras club, but there are definitely posts where girls ask how to deal with it going on in their club, which is what I'm doing here with the blow issue. Maybe someone from the authorities will see my post, track me down through my IP address, and get me in trouble for not alerting the cops that someone was doing blow at the strip club I was working in. I find it more likely though, that a cop will come in and see what shes doing/get offered it by said dancer, and thats when shit will go down. Because the club has a lot of $$ in it and that is not something I want to happen, I posted this as question of what to do. Alert the staff? Switch clubs? Ignore it?
Once again I see your point, but not seeking advice could potentially land me in more trouble than posting a question where yes, I saw something illegal, but at least I've clearly stated in my post that I did not take part. For example your advice to switch clubs now is very solid and probably not something I would have considered had I not posted this because I figured it was somewhat common.

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
I think LE is more concerned with places like Tuscl where the idiots blatantly give out dancer and club names.
Anyway OP, I would view this as the same as the girl giving blow jobs in the VIP.... it's an 'extra service'... and it's bullshit that doesn't belong in the club. Totally unevens the playing field & definitely puts everyone else at risk for getting raided and at worst, shut down.
But yeah, it's also similar to extra sexual services in that the club very likely knows but doesn't care. There's 2 girls at my club that we all KNOW are doing WAY more than dancers should, but management leaves them be & the bouncers claim they haven't caught them, simply because the club is making $200-$300 a night off their CRs, plus the liquor profit, plus their house. Same here.
I can see it two ways as a manager..
A) leave it be because it's so much extra money for your employer (and thus you look like you're doing a good job)
B) fire her because if that girl gets caught & the club gets raided & possibly closed, you are now unemployed
Most managers are shrimp-dicked little pansies though and will stick with Option A.

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
I knew a dancer once that did that crap many years ago when I started dancing again. It was annoying but it still happened. She eventually got fired I think bc she was always drunk & falling all over the place during her shifts. A guy I got a vip with asked if i had any to give & I said umm hell no, I'm drug free for Satan asshole LOL ugh

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
My club has arrested girls for saying the wrong things to undercover...so I heard. It didn't affect everyone else by them going down too.
Keep in mind, not a lot of ppl are comfortable with bringing stuff like that to the club...even if it's common or not.
-
Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
I agree with everyone who said in some cities it's part of the culture. Steer clear of her and her "party favors".

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
i will admit i have done this in the past. i don't do drugs myself but there were known dealers who were always at certain clubs hanging around and i wouldn't buy the coke myself but it was extremely common for guys to tell me they'd pay for an hour vip if i could find them coke. so i tried to cover my ass by saying "well i don't do that and i don't know for sure but i was told that so and so over there does".. and you know what, i probably could have still gotten myself in deep shit if i said that to an undercover, i'm not really sure, but i don't do that anymore.
it probably wasn't the smartest thing to do in hindsight but i made a lot of money that way. sometimes there's noting you can do. at these clubs.. management knew about drugs being done and didn't care. i figured if i didn't find the guy drugs another girl would, she'd get the $, and it wouldn't make a difference in the end either way..
so you just have to deal with it, suck it up, run your own game and not get involved or pay any attention to what others are doing. or you can take risks and try to compete with them. i am not advising that just saying those are your only two options. the first one is definitely safer for you.
-
Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
It's best not to pay attention to your co-workers. Focus on your targets better. Some dude is always gonna reject you for another chic, for whatever reason...It's part of the business.
If you're making good money, who cares.... ;)

Someone always cares. Someone is always getting paid to let it go on too. Those places also can get raided & everyone goes to jail.
When there is that kind of money involved drug bust & people who know to much can get hurt. Which is either you don't work at that club. Go to the police & report illegal activities or KEEP YOUR MOUTH shut under any & all circumstances.
Feds read everything everywhere. Never assume because a town, streets or club it is the norm, because soon those places do get raided. They are always being watched & information gathered. It is the under cover agents job not to be known, but they are there.
You never know in a club who has been busted recently & working for the cops either.

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
Not being judgy but I'm jussayin'.....
Two independent contractors who worked as dancers at Blush Gentlemen's Club in Downtown Pittsburgh were arrested Thursday after allegedly arranging to have sex with two undercover police officers in exchange for $2,400.
Ashley Ugoletti, of Monongahela, and Austacia McConville, of Mount Washington, Both 27 years of age face prostitution charges. Ms. Ugoletti was also charged with possession of a controlled substance when police found cocaine in her purse, according to a criminal complaint.
The two women agreed to have sex with two undercover Pittsburgh detectives for $1,200 each while working at the club, according to the criminal complaint. Ms. Ugoletti also offered to sell the men cocaine for $100, according to the complaint.
McConville resisted arrest, according to the criminal complaint, by throwing shoes at the officers and "threatening" them with a vape cigarette.
Both women have been fired from Blush, where they worked part-time as independent contractors, said the club's attorney, Jonathan Kamin. The club bars solicitation and drug use of any kind, he said.
"We have very strict rules and regulations, and the minute we found out they were in violation of [the rules], we terminated them," he said. "And we're cooperating fully with authorities."
He added that the women also danced at other area clubs.
Police spokeswoman Sonya Toler, however, said officers investigated after receiving several complaints about prostitution there.
Neither woman could be reached for comment Monday. Both are scheduled to appear for preliminary hearings in City Court, Downtown on Aug. 3.

i know. like i said i was younger when i did that stuff and i'm lucky nothing ever came of it. i currently work at a club where this stuff happens and it screws me over sometimes but whatever. example: recently some girls tried to get a guy to kick me out of a VIP and take their friend instead because he/they wanted to do blow and the girls told him i was "a narc". luckily in this case he had already paid me. i should add that the waitress sold it to them.. ugh
can you get in trouble just for being around it though? i still get a lot of guys who will pay for a room, not mention they're on anything just seem drunk, and then once the waitress leaves they pull out a baggie and start doing key bumps. i don't condone it or anything but i don't really stop them either other that saying "oh shit be careful with that stuff" or something like that.. i don't want to cause a big fuss after they just paid $500 an hour..?

Re: Girl using coke to hustle VIPs
I don't think you can get in trouble by just being around it. Think about it, how many adult children (18, 19, whatever) live at home with a parent who has needles and drugs laying around. If the cops come they don't take the adult kids to jail for not reporting their parents. But maybe in the club it's different.
