Does anyone have some motivation tips for mid shift once that lull in guys starts? I always get so impatient and go have a smoke or get some food and get frustrated. I just need a way to stay motivated and upbeat halfway through

Does anyone have some motivation tips for mid shift once that lull in guys starts? I always get so impatient and go have a smoke or get some food and get frustrated. I just need a way to stay motivated and upbeat halfway through
I find that if I'm really lacking motivation mid-shift, it's better to take a short break and hype myself up again than to tough it out. Guys can tell if you're not happy to be there. A light snack and listening to a couple songs that boost my mood, or looking at pictures of things I want to be/do/see/have tend to help.
