I had the same issues, but I fixed a part of them, I'll say what I did, maybe you are already doing some of those and some will help you:
1. I identified my type of skin. My skin is normal to oily, but because of the lights, it's oily. So I am using skincare products for oily skin. But not that type of products that are drying the skin, because it produces more sebum. Even oily skin can be dehydrated and when that happens, it gets oilier. My favourite skincare products are from Belif and Paula's Choice.
They help the foundation stick a little longer.
2. I got very oily eyelids, so, in order for my makeup to last at least 4-5 hours, I am using the Nyx HD Primer for eyes. When my eyelids are getting oily, I simply try to tap, very gently (without wiping) with a napkin, to absorb the oil and then try to reapply the eyeshadow and eyeliner, basically, correcting what smudged. Thankfully, on cam is not that visible :)))
3. Speaking of napkins, among with a powder, they are essential to a camgirl :)) Every 2-3 hours, my skin gets super oily, so I am using some napkins, to tap and absorb the oil (I am usually using rice paper, but only irl, on cam it would get too expensive to use those) and then reapply the powder and the contour. Not as heavy as in the begining, of course, just correcting here and there.
4. AIR CONDITIONED! Haha, it really helped, because of obvious reasons. Air is cooler, so you're not sweating. But the lights are still making the face shining quick. But yeah, if you can get AC in the room you're working, would be amazing, for many reasons, not only skin getting oily slower :)))
Speaking of hair, try to invest in a good quality blow dry serum. I use two serums (I alternate them because I love them both).
- CHI Silk Infusion

- Moroccanoil Blow-dry Concentrate
https://www.amazon.com/Moroccanoil-B...s%2C250&sr=8-2
The Chi one, is so much more concentrated than the Morrocanoil. For example, I have the big bottle from CHI, been having it for 2 years, using it 3 times a week (I have oily scalp so i was my hair every other day) and I still have like 25% left :))) I use like 1-2 pumps of CHI, while I use 2-3 pumps of Morrocanoil.
-I am using a hot air rotating brush. I apply one of the serums above on wet hair, blow dry it till it's like 85% dried and then finish with the hot air rotating brush, for a silky salon type finish
- I am also using another serum, post drying, from Matrix, that hydrates the hair ends and smells amazing and keeps them frizz free.

- I am using an anti frizz hair brush. This one from TangleTeezer. Been having this for 5 years, because I can clean it so easy (I use an old toothbrush and shampoo and clean it everytime I am washing my hair, to not transfer the oils and hair products on the fresh washed hair). My hair didn't get frizzy ever since and it doesn't hurt when I am brushing my wet hair. I super reccomend it:

I hope those tips helped a little!
