No you cant just resell other peoples content unless it comes with a re-sell license and the 2257 documentation. And most of that stuff you find on there (gfy) is stolen content in the first place so even if they include a page in the contract giving permission to re-sell, that doesn't make it legal. You're walking a fine line to be honest. Do the videos come with the names and licensing giving permission to use them? Do you know who the models are in the videos? And if you know who they are have you searched to see if they are still producing content and are you using a duplicate? Yes you can set up a studio account but is it ethical? I know you didn't ask for all of this but those are the things that pop into my head every time I create or purchase content.
I know I have to get that stuff, I have found a few that come with the 2257 but I’m not sure about the resale rights. I guess my question is this, is it possible to set up a store with other peoples content that I purchased? And if so, where should I go to buy ?
And yes some of the ones I found on Gfy have come with the models names and info. I one hundred percent want to do this ethically that’s why am asking. Definitely don’t want to sell ripped off content
I'm not 100% sure C4S would be on board with this business model either. They are extremely touchy when it comes to rights and permissions on content distribution, and especially content ownership (like, OCD crazy sometimes, but that's not necessarily a bad thing). Unless you are the original creator or studio owner, its very hard to prove distribution rights. If the original content creator nails your stuff with a DMCA notice to C4S, kiss your account and earnings there goodbye. This is made all the more probable if you can't be sure you have exclusive and original content - meaning nobody else has used it and it won't be sold to anyone else.
Content dumps like what you're looking at buying are more to supplement or set up fly-by-night paywall sites. Usually adult cc processors, for rebilling, require you to add site content on a regular basis or they stop your subscription rebilling. What you would do is buy content either as a primary or backup source of fresh material.
Always ask yourself, when looking at an "easy" business model idea, why aren't the little basement dwellers on GFY all over it already?
