What customer group have you just never been good with?
And why do you think that is?
Mine is unfortunately golfers. I say unfortunately because generally they have money. Other girls will make $60-80 off the group but I maybe sell them one dance most of the time.
They act like overgrown crass frat boys & for some reason I always notice their wedding rings and feel bad for their wives. Plenty of customers have wives of course, but golfers are the only ones I hear making sexist comments about them or shit like "Har har, don't tell the ol' ball and chain!"
I'm gonna guess the issue is some combo of them picking up on my deep-seated dislike of them & that I really don't even try with groups that have that 'pack mentality' (you know, where everything is a group event). I don't want to win over 4 guys just so 1 of them will have 'approval' to buy a $20 dance. I'd rather just leave them to other girls who do have the patience for that, and go after other customers. Luckily they are only here 4 months a year and barely a drop in the bucket of customer counts, but yeah.
Your ladies' turns!
(Please, no comments like "There aren't any! You have to learn to get on with everyone/hustle tip/shade thrown". This is a lighthearted thread :) )

extreme drunks/druggies
certain cultures (the ones that really do not respect women)
predators
cheap mfs
frat daddies

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Groups of cops are the worst. They’re cheap and annoying. One was balling up bills to throw onstage while his buddies cheered. The others followed suit by making dollar bill paper planes.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Young guys, drug dealers and pimps, couples, female customers in general, stuck up country club assholes, loud and rowdy drunk partying types, anyone cheap or disrespectful. Or super duper creepy lol.

Young guys for sure, especially in a group. Also, any customers whom I personally find very attractive, although that rarely happens.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
The lonely sensitive guys who you can tell get absolutely no attention outside the club and get hurt if they think you're just there for the money. Like yes you ugly moron im just here for the money why dont you understand that??? <<<<And see that is probably why I dont do well with them lmao.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
White suburban kids who think they're living some kind of thug life. Just no.
-
Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Younger guys that don't appear to have jobs or money.
Ghetto and wannabe ghetto people.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
The older "club regulars" that seem to "spend lots of money on everyone else." We all know those guys who come in and everyone takes turns flocking to their table, hoping to be the new favorite of the week that makes the most money, but pretty much everyone will make a decent amount just for sitting there... and everyone's always telling you "Go talk to that guy - he has money."
I just can't seem to click with them. Maybe it's because I really don't like doing the over-the-top "omg, you're sooooo interesting" hustle. My hustle is more "if you think I'm hot and will pay me, I'll entertain you to an extent, but if you start acting like you're something special beyond that, nope." It's like these guys can either tell that I'm not going to overly cater to their ego or that I'm just sitting there because "I know they're loaded" - or a combination of both. The conversation is always incredibly dull. I can't seem to make it work because I have this obvious guarded distaste for them, anything flirty I even try to say is obviously faked and just trying to mimic what I see other girls do, which isn't my style, and I finally just ask them for a dance and they can tell I'm just going through the motions of what I think they'll like but I couldn't care less.... It always ends quickly with them obviously disappointed and me just feeling the tangible awkwardness of us clearly not liking one another.
Just can't do it.

Hahaha, yes! They're infrequent at my club, thank goodness. They always have a shit attitude like they KNOW all the girls are flocking to them so it's like they're trying to pit girls in competition to be the most entertaining or whatever. Spare me.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
in nyc: dominican dope boys, soundcloud rappers, greek guys, etc. those are the few.
in north carolina: truck drivers, older white business men (i really didnt dance there that long and i was super new then)
i dont know about here in phoenix yet, since i havent found a club to call home.
mainly because of colorism and anti blackness/racism is the reason why i don't succeed with those type of clientele.

I play these guys like a fiddle. I leave with money, they leave feeling like someone cares, everybody’s happy. It does takes a lot of emotional energy out of me though.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Young university guys.
A lot of them are too cocky, arrogant, loud, and I find it difficult to be around people like that.
-
Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Under 30 and over 60 white men. Idk why exactly, just how it’s always been. I mean I’ll still try them obviously but they’re definitely not my first target.
Oh, and 98% of Asian men want absolutely nothing to do with me.
-
Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Black guys with urban/hip-hop style - They like the thick girls with the crazy curves.
Straight females - Either they're bitter the whole time or they like a girl who is Victoria's Secret model skinny.
I avoid groups like bachelor parties. They tend to be @-holes and don't spend.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Club regulars. No matter how long I’ve stayed at a club or so,a regular has never spent money on me. Lol. My regulars are usually men I’ve met in my vanilla life and converted them to a regular at work now.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
I never been good with:
Mediterranean guys (Italians and Arabs)- I would say we clash due to cultural issues. I would say that clash more with the Arab guys except from Dubai. Italians tend to demand too much for too little.Which is funny because I do not clash with others of the Mediterranean as much as.
Nerds and Geeks: I find them too sarcastic and social awkward to have them as clientele.
Straight women: Cheap, think that you should them discounts, and overly jealous. Love thinking that they should pay less because they are girls :(
Couples: Cheap, women get jealous when their men pay more attention to me,and bad tippers.

Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
A lot of the responses were women, yikes!
-
Re: What customer group have you just never been good with?
Women obviously! Lol but they always think they’re at an all you can grab buffet and only want to spend 20 dollars so who cares! Also drug dealer, baller type young guys, they like my body but if I talk too much it ruins it I think I’m too corny? Idk but I clearly don’t know how to give them what they want.
