Struggling in bigger upscale club
So I’m used to making decent money at my home club which isn’t a dive per se but it isn’t the top tier club and now I recently got hired at an upscale club and bigger club Flashdancers and I’m barely making money and I’ve been there 3 months already. I do rooms every time I go to New York dolls because I’m used to the smaller club feel. I know it might be confidence or sales skills because I know my looks are on point. Any tips on how to adjust? I’m just not used to a big club with so many girls and the high end guys brush me off it’s so hard to sell rooms and it’s driving me a little crazy.
Re: Struggling in bigger upscale club
Just pretend you would never talk to them outside of the club. If they brush you off, you say “your loss. You know where I’ll be if you change your mind.”
Make fun of the alpha if he starts acting like an asshole to you. You really have nothing to lose with these guys by acting like a princess.
Basically I act like a spoiled princess around business men. My costumes are always elegant and I speak very intelligent.
I know the psychology of dealing with dominant men, but it triggers me to be around that personality type. The dysfunctional ones think the rules don’t apply to them. They have money to buy sex and know if they keep asking a girl to go home for a couple grand they will find one eventually. It’s just exhausting to me.
The more functional/healthy men will want you to provide the best costumer service and be the best dancer! If they are respectful they guys are pretty decent regulars, but they are wealthy businessmen- use to getting want they want. So boundaries are a key. When they ask for more you can’t take it personally. Just say No and make $$$ They are really accustomed to being able to get whatever they want.
A lot of wealthy men are into domination. Which as long as there’s no sucking or fucking. I’m totally okay with slapping them and telling them how worthless they are for like a rack.
It really isn’t my hustle either. I prefer large volume clubs and not having regulars. You can make money. Wealthy men have money to spend, but they are picky.
